I went to church as a kid with a married couple whose last name was Butts. The first time I heard their name I had to try really hard not to laugh.

There was once a socialite in Texas named Ima Hogg. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ima_Hogg

Coincidentally I just saw a funny name in the newspaper today. A woman was cited for alowing her dog to run loose and it attacked another dog. The dog it attacked was owned by someone with the last name Prenpiss. How much teasing do you think he endured in grade school?

I've known a number of people with rhyming names. Why would someone do that to their child? There was a Tony Zamboni in our neighborhood.
