As wonderful as National Socialism is, it's not a utopia. While union busters and robber barons would likely not exist in a National Socialist state — they would be disappeared long before they could cause significant trouble — problems would still remain. Just as there were horse thieves, rapists, and murderers, in a homogeneous White, high-trust society, there would still be problems. However, we'd at least be united as a people, sharing the same heritage, the same blood, a common history, culture, and language. This shared identity strengthens our bonds with one another and is essential for a functioning welfare state.
If we are not of the same race and do not share the same culture and values, one group will inevitably outcompete another, and the less productive group will become dependent on the welfare state. This means the more productive group will end up supporting foreigners, which will breed resentment and strife. Save for a few exceptions, we will never view members of another culture or race as true brothers and sisters. While we can be allies and friends, they will always remain "the other." This is a recipe for a weak society that will eventually crumble, leaving it vulnerable to external attacks or internal tyranny.
As for how we transform America into a homogeneous White state, you're right, achieving 100% White is impossible. However, it is still feasible to return to a society similar to that of the 1960s, where Whites were around 90% of the population. The solution is already underway: mass deportations. First, we focus on removing illegal immigrants, then we address criminals, regardless of the severity of their offenses. Then we implement incentives to encourage voluntary departure, offering financial assistance while simultaneously eliminating benefits. This carrot-and-stick approach will help us eliminate a significant portion of non-White immigrants. Eventually we could use the same approach to repatriate some blacks back to Africa.
