Well, let's say at the university the student is forced to take an introductory course in white privilege taught from the point of view that whites are uniquely at fault for all the ills of the world. At the corporation, he's bombarded with training videos in which the harasser or rule-breaker is always white, and is subjected to weekly company propaganda that glorifies minorities.
