And the simple minded rеtаrd continues to cackle like a hyena,
Well thank you for reading it and taking the time to consider my point of view in good faith.
On Hollywood always being woke, I would say it's complicated. Yes there were moments that pushed the envelope like the famous kiss between Kirk and Uhura on Star Trek — although despite what people think, it actually wasn't the first interracial kiss on television, it was on a British show (a televised play) from 1962 (6 years before Star Trek) called "You in Your Small Corner" — but moments like the interracial kiss were rare. For the most part TV wasn't that woke. It was just normal entertainment without any political messages. You did start to get a little bit more of that in the 70's with shows like All in the Family (a great show), and some black shows that would of course focus a little bit on race. But it was never obnoxious or too preachy. It just raised people's consciousness about some things/perspectives that they never considered. And because it was just a few shows, it didn't feel overwhelming. Also, if you were really conservative and the message was upsetting to you, you didn't have to watch, there was plenty of stuff (most) that wasn't political or controversial.
What is happening today however (since ~2015), is what I would call woke. For me it's different than examples of "wokeness" in the past. Contemporary wokeness is not just about creating a few shows that are pushing social boundaries, it's about a totalitarian ideology that is being imposed on the entire industry at all levels. For the people pushing it, it's not good enough to make a couple of movies with LGBTQ characters/themes or interracial couples, or having a political message, for these people everything has to conform to this new ideology. LGBTQ people & minorities have to be represented in every movie. Everything must be diverse, including behind the camera, like in the writers rooms and the production crew. And the political message is shoehorned in everywhere. You can't get away from it.
Seems like logic and critical thinking are not your thing. I can be uninterested in the show, but still be interested in having conversations that are tangentially related to the show. For instance, in these threads I'm having a conversation about wokeness in the media in general. This show was simply a springboard for that conversation since the show is a perfect example of what I'm talking about when I'm criticizing the current state of media. Once the conversation started and moved beyond just this one TV show, what were we all supposed to do, go to another site to continue the conversation?
I mean, is this really so difficult for you to figure out on your own? Why do I have to spell this all out for you? And even when I do, you still have difficulty understanding.
Look, I'm not going to assume that you're a rеtаrd, so all I will say is please pay attention to what I'm saying, and take a moment to think things through before you post, otherwise we are just going in circles and wasting each other's time
Ok, first it's not a movie, it's a TV show. Second, I'm not following the TV show, I'm responding to people who just happen to be in this thread. I'm only here because you and another tard are constantly responding.
This is not the only thread I'm on. I posted on many other threads and am talking to people on those threads as well.
Why is this so difficult for you to understand ? Am I not speaking English? Is English your second language or something?

It's clear from my posts what I am and what I am not.
The fact that your cognitive abilities and your comprehension skills are subpar is a 𝘺𝘰𝘶 problem, not a 𝘮𝘦 problem.
When I'm called a racist and an asshole by woke-tards I wear like a badge of honor.
Yes I chose it for a reason. It was intentional.
You are still missing the point however. As per usual.
Cool story bro. Tell it again.
Once again Kowalski, the imbecilic half-tard stalker, misses the point.
Another swing and miss...Try harder.
Other people are already coming in here trying to educate you. Perhaps you should take that as a hint and listen to them.

Look, it has nothing to do with whether you're smart or stupid. It's more akin to taste. Maybe I just don't like chocolate, I prefer Vanilla. Maybe I used to like chocolate, once in a while, but now that everyone is serving chocolate everywhere all the time, I'm sick of it. I lost my taste for it. And I don't want to eat it anymore. I want more places to serve vanilla.
They used to serve vanilla everywhere. I was happy. Now they don't. And.... I'm not happy. So I do the only thing I can do: complain and demand that they serve vanilla.
The question is: Why the fuсk am I being forced to eat chocolate, and criticized for preferring vanilla?
I hope this analogy gives you a better understanding of my position.
Yeah, when I saw the trailer I was hoping it would be on par with 'Ford v Ferrari'.
:(
That's not entirely true. There was that movie with Christian Bale and Matt Damon, 'Ford Vs. Ferrari'. It has a high rating, and it won 2 Oscars.
When I saw the trailer for this, I thought it was going to be a Lamborghini version of that movie. It would have been nice to see Frank Grillo finally get a shot at that caliber of a movie.
I don't think you have any idea of what the world actually is. I have been in many parts of the US and in Europe. I live in one the most cosmopolitan cities in the world. I think I have a better gauge of what the world is than you.
I really wouldn't be surprised if it is 𝘺𝘰𝘶 who is a basement dweller living with their parents looking at the world through a screen.
No, it is actually worse.
Is this really your comeback? Really?
How are you not embarrassed? It seems this thread is infested with rеtаrdѕ.
Live shamed. Die empty.
You have poor taste and poor comprehension skills.
"go back to watching your Scooby Doo cartoons" ???
That was weak. Do better.
No, it doesn't.
It was represented correctly just a few short years ago (pre 2015). After that, it is a distortion. It's artificial. If you can't see that, it's because you're blind. In your case however, we both know it's because you're too stupid to live.
See that's the problem. You have a shallow understanding of what I am saying. You are immediately jumping to conclusions and going for the low hanging fruit. If you had thought about it for little bit before implying that I'm a racist, you'd have realized that this isn't really about race or even diversity.
What this really has to do with is the idea that something (anything) can be "played out". Like listening to the same song over and over and over again... This is also where the idea of something "forced" comes into the mix.
Let's try this: Imagine that all of the sudden all movie studios get a memo that every movie must have a religious message. Just a little moment where we let everyone know that "Jesus is our lord and savior". And so, at first you'll notice that there are some movies that mention Jesus. This doesn't bother you at first because you think: "Sure, why shouldn't there be some movies with Christian messages?". But, then, it just keeps happening more and more. Everywhere you look, pretty much every TV show and movie you see, some dumb mоthеrfuсkеr always has to bring up Jesus. You start to get annoyed. Your annoyance turns to anger, and your anger turns to hate. And so you start complaining about all the bible thumpers controlling Hollywood and indoctrinating people into a religious cult...
That is essentially what I'm doing. I'm complaining about the Woke cult who has taken over Hollywood. I'm complaining about the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion standards they have implemented (forced diversity). And I'm complaining about the amount of it I now see because of it being forced. It has lead to everything I watch looking like a rainbow flag. It has become played out. It's annoying. And I don't want to see it anymore. And if I continue to see it, I'm going to come to places like this, and complain about it. And call out the deranged Wokies who are either responsible for it or are its enablers.
