I understand where you are coming from, but personally, I wouldn't want to see an all-out monster war. I had enough of that with the Monsterverse movies.
Minus One gave us the TRUE Godzilla. All death and destruction. Not a gigantic superhero.
Here's hoping that the director has the intelligence to follow the same path he made when making the first film, which I LOVED!
Hopefully, he has a good idea for resurrecting Godzilla which makes sense.
"Who's On First?"
Well, there was a porn film called "Backside to the future" starring Erica Boyer.
Unless you fall victim to one of the worst killers on the planet, cancer. No security system or weapon will protect from that.
LOL!
That was hilarious. Of course I have always been a fan of Richard Jeni.
Thanks but I'll pass. You like it, and that is fine. You pick up on certain nuances that we do not see and that is terrific.
I'm wondering if any local theaters will be doing any type of celebration of the movie.
I thought I told you a billion times "don't exaggerate!"
Nit-pick, nit-pick! Who cares!
The only reason they seem to look bad is because of newer high-def TVs that go into more detail. I am wondering if there is a way that those films could be processed so they look better in high def.
Unfortunately, not for the next four years. Maybe in 2028.
Oh, I am like your screen name - a film buff. Do I know everything about film? Not hardly, but I know what I like and have some knowledge.
And this is hardly an art house film with a "4" tacked on to its title.
Art house films I have seen include "The Scent of Green Papaya", "Requiem for a Dream" (which I will NEVER watch again!), "2001: A Space Odyssey" (Yes, that is considered art house, and "Where the Wild Things Are", among others.
(By the way, in case you think I am some snot-nosed movie fan, I am 73 as of this writing. Oh, and yes, I watch all kinds of films from "art house" to heart tugging dramas to "superheroes" to gory "horror". I don't believe anyone can call themselves a film aficionado if they limit what they watch to "Transformers" or even worse, they don't watch anything older than they are)
C'mon! The shark was actually targeting the family for revenge? How could it have known that Brody's wife had anything to do with the killing of the other three sharks?
Well, considering that the film was made for television ANF that the story was told mostly from the detective's perspective, I felt that it was excellent.
I agree completely.
Not much different than the somewhat national obsession with serial killers.
The producers of "No Time to Die" shot themselves in the foot when they killed off Bond. How can they believably bring him back? (And don't suggest "The Multiverse")
😖
