Love this song. So sassy black! 8/10 Let the thread go where the thread goes. As long as the OP is not overtly political, it stays on General Discussion. If it strays into politics as the thread progresses, that's fine. I hate them almost as much as I hate Queen. And yeah I know they're the de rigour art band. There's no covid and people aren't stuck in their houses with nothing to do. Plus, Biden was not controversial. Sorry, too many votes and no evidence of mass fraud. Prove it. Lol. Covid and a bunch of lazy ass blacks and poor whites who never vote just mailed in ballots. C'mon it's too much to be fraud or Trump could have proven it. Move this to the Politics board please. 👍 Yes, I've known dogs like that, who would aggressively bark at men like they're going to attack. But they're fine with women and children. It's obviously a sign of earlier abuse. Dogs are pack animals and loyalty is essential to the pack. They also regard their human "owner" as "leader of the pack". Ever heard this old song lol: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q8UKf65NOzM I heard a rumor that they're letting Muslims in Valhalla now and the Muzzies are demanding 72 virgins each. Time to build a wall! 🤣 Both classic punk bands. I prefer Black Flag because they're local. Played out of Hermosa Beach. Solid song. 9/10 I prefer Gwen Stefani's cover 10/10: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubvV498pyIM 6/10 Rather banal. Difficult to get straight forward answer, ain't it? Maybe this thread should be moved to Politics. https://moviechat.org/user/58f7b1924fa18c0012072337 Hmmm. Why suspect the person? A dog can have personality flaws too. Maybe he was abused by a man whom reminded him of Quincy, not Quincy himself. I don't need a link. I know history.
They had the foresight to know how to keep densely populated/media heavy urban areas from exclusively ruling the rest of our country, who may have differing interests.
That's not the purpose of the Electoral College. There were no densely populated urban areas when the Constitution was written. The purpose of the Electoral College is to share power with the states and give each state influence on who's elected President. Remember the U.S. is a federal republic and began as a union of 13 independent states. I don't think that's true. Blues, Jazz, R&B and Rock are all unique American music styles which began among African-Americans and expanded. I see no evidence that blacks abandoned Blues and Jazz. Hendrix did Rock, and Rock is not popular among blacks. Bad Brains are a black Punk band which also had a white audience. It's also interesting that the British took Rock and made it their own, producing the best in the genre. American Rock was always weighed down by Folk influences. Now Folk and Country are the only true American music styles dominated by whites from the beginning and not blacks. No, that's angry deranged girlfriend stuff. My sister did that to a boyfriend's car once.🤣 Most people disliked both candidates. Yes, Harris was an incredibly weak candidate, but even at that, she came within 2% of winning. Any other Democrat would have won. As a Dem there are two reasons I did not hold my breath and vote for her: 1) She was appointed the nominee and earned not a single primary vote. The Democratic Convention was ready to assemble and it was a spit in the face of democracy that they weren't allowed to do their job and choose the candidate. 2) Her endorsement by Dick Cheney sealed the deal that she was to continue the Neo-Con war machine and get us embroiled in even more foreign debacles. Yes, the map reflects the fact that Democrats are concentrated in urban areas and Republicans dominate sparsely populated rural areas. But that doesn't mean an urban voter is any less important. The Republican doesn't need to win the popular vote to win in the Electoral College. However, if the Democrat loses the popular vote by even a scant 2%, they will lose the Electoral College.
