I don’t think there needs to be so much attention paid to the dates and stuff, since the Bond films exist on a floating timeline. It wouldn’t make sense that Bond is locked up for 3 decades after the events of Diamonds Are Forever, as there were still 13 films afterwards with Bond going on future missions. It makes more sense that everything from Dr No to Die Another Day took place over 10-15 year period, which means Bond was apprehended by the CIA after the events of DAD, and then released during The Rock. Never Say Never Again is also just a remake of Thunderball, so it would still fit in the timeline.

I don’t really understand your point. Yeah obviously minorities are killed at a higher rate, they are poorer and live in more isolated areas. Police are also more aggressive in these areas while leads to more major crime. However, even if you subtracted the number of minority homicides, Alaska would still lead the country with its murder rate with white people alone. So there is still a problem.
We’re talking about per capita. It’s in relation to their population. If we’re going by ethnicity, black people are killed at a higher “rate” or more frequently by police, in comparison to other races. White people are obviously the greatest population in the US so it makes sense that more of them are killed by police in terms of total population, but black people are killed at a higher rate.

Well, uh, okay, but my point wasn’t about the incarceration rates of blacks (which is high, because, ya know, there’s always going to be racial and economic bias in our judicial system), it was that black people are just more likely to be killed by police than white people. He’s not a liar. I think you need to reread your source. It says the rate of blacks being killed by police is much higher than any other ethnicity. It would make sense that more white people were killed by police in a given year since they’re the majority population, but considering black people are only 13% of the population they’re still statistically more likely to be killed by police.
