And <i>The X-Files</i>? (I think)
Happy Birthday, Franco!
<i>'I suspect the cowardly Lion and the Tin Man in the 39 film were flaming homos too, but Iām not about to make a big song and dance about it.'</i>
I will always see this film differently from now on! š
That doesn't seem to matter anymore.
Would have loved to have seen Bakula return.
I used to watch HSB with my dad when it was first shown. Our favourite character was Renko - although they all played it superbly. Great writing, too.
^^^This.
I can't believe any Hollywood scandal isn't known about pretty widely amongst those on the inside well-before it ever breaks publicly.
<i>'Having John Wayne play Khan would be like giving the role of Neil Armstrong to Idris Elba. It would be laughable.'</i>
Or a black actress playing, say, Anne Boleyn! š
Oh, wait...
But the Frankenstein monster is made up from several people, literally the first 'they/them' in the movies. So it evens out.
Please do!
I'm the same. He leaves me completely cold.
Happy Birthday, Terry!
Happy Birthday, Mads!
Both great, for sure!
So awesome.
I was around - and I don't think she was the most popular female celebrity in the world. The only reason I knew of her existence back then was because one of my kids mentioned her one day.
I agree that they were certainly pushing her for 'great things'. And whilst she's obviously not poor now, she could have had a far bigger career. Not hugely talented, but she was insanely good looking. If she'd only reined herself in and used a bit of common sense.
I love the original movie. So glad I didn't bother with this.
She was a bit too long and lean for me, but a beautiful looking woman nonetheless.
