LOL - I'm probably one of the least picky eaters you will ever meet, but I think Green Bean Casserole is just plain nasty.
You'll have to ask the Ghost of Thanksgiving Past for assistance - it happened for my family last weekend, but there's always next year..............
Bambi - early 50's
I had my family dinner last Sunday because that was the only day everyone could get together.
Very traditional - turkey, sage and onion stuffing, candied sweet potatoes, green beans, Mac and cheese, pumpkin pie. It's my favorite holiday and meal of the year.
I saw it on Broadway about 10 years ago and I was totally underwhelmed and disappointed, but I probably will go see the movie and hope that I like it better.
Maybe 1 a week, except during the holidays and then I watch more.

I recall during my first trip to Hawaii I was outside at night and I said to my husband, "we really are out in the middle of nowhere," but that pales in comparison to earth's position in the universe. Nat Geo has a map of the universe that keeps expanding from one area to another - mind boggling to study.
I enjoyed the first one but I never understood why Russell Crowe won best actor
I'm going to go see it - I expect lots of gore and violence - hope it has a decent story.
A few are still up. I changed my decorations over to Thanksgiving last weekend.
Where are you going this year?
I know that. LOL
Exactly - and this is why I have a financial advisor so I don't have think about the ups and downs of the market.
I just do cash, so no shopping for me, but I entertain a lot over the holidays so I do shop for food, booze, decorations, etc.
So did I. It will be a sad day when he's gone, but I did laugh when I realized the joke.
Not on my street - even though we're within the city limits it's like a country lane - winding, hilly, no sidewalks, so I go to a friends house where there are a lot of kids and pass out candy. We had rain off and on all day - less kids than last year. I gave out 42 mini bags of Cheetos and then ran out - probably could have gone through another box.
Does it work well with Macs?
Glad you are OK! We have deer on the lane where we live and one night we had one run into the side of our car - amazingly it didn't do any damage and the deer ran off - appearing to be OK.
How sad - people need to get out and mingle with others. Occasionally I have days when I don't leave my house, but those are rare and even if I don't have anything to do, I'll find a reason to get out.
I love going to a movie theater with a huge screen, overpriced popcorn and beverages. I recently took my grandson to go see The Wild Robot at a theater that serves food at your seat and we had a blast - simply not the same experience at home.
