Awesome I remember in the early 2000s circus magazine did top 4 bands of ALL TIME... it was nirvana, korn, and then two other bands that were only popular during that period (pretty much how korn was). Nirvana was at least a few years removed but this was still ridiculous to me even as a dumb kid.
Maybe this is already talked about but If they can implant memories couldn’t they implant like a 4 year degree or something like that that you could use? Other than just a memory of something for fun and excitement?

Growing up a jcvd fan I thought this was just as good as the rest of them. All a jcvd movie needed back then was awesome fights (kicks), and a seemingly unbeatable villain for the hero to beat up at the end. Story, characters, development, acting all meant nothing. So having bolo beat up Alex early on and then Alex win later with style was perfect. I don’t think I could sit through it today except maybe watching some of the fight scenes one more time.
I think it would’ve been whoever was competing more at a higher level. Van damme has some kickboxing records but I don’t think those guys were anything near world level. Norris was world champ if I remember right but it was point fighting which I’d argue is less of an combat sport that straight kickboxing matches. Seagal doesn’t really have any competition records as far as I know. Aikido kinda get clowned on too. That said, Seagal would have height, reach, weight advantage on the other two which is a big factor if he’d be able to use it. My heart says van damme would win between them all but I think it would’ve been Norris.
I think Arnold’s terminator role and jcvd’s Bloodsport role were what got peoples attention. Had those movies not gotten so popular, maybe these two wouldn’t have had the success that they did. People talk about how terminator was perfect for Arnold at the time because he’s supposed to talk and move like less than a human.
