You're not alone! I felt the exact same way while watching it! Like your good self I was in my early twenties as well and with so much going on at the time, especially with all the technological innovation that was both connecting the world around us and making it feel smaller, it really just felt like an exciting time to be alive!šŸ¤© I watched this '80s classic the other night, which was just one of the many flicks we taped off the TV and watch on repeat back in the day as kids. And I never knew until now that John Murray was Bill Murray's brother, even though his speech and mannerisms were so much like his famous brother!šŸ¤© Neither did I realize he is the brother to Joel Murray, from the classic One Crazy Summer (1986), and even brother to Brian Doyle-Murray, from various classics like Groundhog Day (1993)! What a talented family! So true! I recall when I watched the film over two decades ago now, I was so moved by the music I had to acquire the soundtrack. My favorites have remained: 1. A Way of Life 2. Spectres in the Fog 6. Idyll's End 9. Red Warrior 11. A Small Measure of Peace I love redheads to begin with so I might be biased, but I love Helly and the way she struts in certain scenesā€”She's one cool and confident chick!šŸ˜ Severance was definitely a slow burn for me. I hadn't even heard of the TV series until I found myself browsing the selection on Apple TV last month and checked out its trailer. The slow pace and subdued lighting in the first episode relaxed me to the point of inducing drowsiness that I actually fell asleep halfway into it and so had to rewatch it the next night. It was well-nigh a repeat of events watching the second episode too!šŸ˜‚ But, after that the growing intrigue overtook my heavy head and so I stayed wide awake for the remainder of the series, which I thoroughly enjoyed!šŸæ There were no issues over Patricia Arquette for me. I found her performance as a cold and cunning boss stellar, especially since I've only seen her in heroine type roles. It is definitely possible for Lemon and Tangerine to be mixed twins. Although rare, there have been media reports of numerous sets of mixed twins having been born to interracial parents: Different but the same: a story of black and white twins www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2011/sep/24/twins-black-white Look at us now: The black and white twins as they turn seven www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2123050/Look-The-black-white-twins-turn-seven.html Black and white twins: Meet the sisters who 'couldnā€™t look more different if they tried' www.mirror.co.uk/news/real-life-stories/black-white-twins-meet-sisters-5256945 Parents' shock after million-to-one Black and white twins are born looking like they are different races www.ladbible.com/community/mum-welcomes-rare-twins-20220819 1. The Autopsy 2. The Outside 3. The Murmuring For me the acting and storyline was unparalleled in these episodes and the most satisfying making them my top three. The other episodes I found were just either too nauseating or too disturbing for me. Truly, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and I, for one, find beauty spots and moles on other's bodies, including their faces, highly attractive, even sexy!šŸ˜ It's not unlike the night sky dotted with starsšŸŒŒ No one is the same. Some are large. Some are small. Some are dark. Some are light. They're all beautiful to me and only add to the special uniqueness of that person!šŸ¤© After some sleuthingšŸ§ I discovered that, according to Capp Records, the music playing in the final scene of Project Blue Book S02E04 "Hopkinsville" is "You Forgot to Kiss Me Goodnight" by The Wranglers (featuring Bonnie Guitar) (see http://capprecords.com/placements.html). Daniel Melvin has uploaded the full song to YouTube, however, he seems unaware of the artist (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPEv3MekOsY). Anyway I hope this is of some help!šŸ¤“ 1987 was the best year of my childhood! I was 11 and had just changed schools. I didnā€™t know it at the time, but the few, close friends Iā€™d make at this small school and everything weā€™d experience together would create the best memories of my life! My Year 5 teacher was a gorgeous redhead who grew more erratic and eccentric by the day leading us to suspect sheā€™d a breakdown of some kind. Perhaps itā€™s her good looks and the sweet, summer days of my innocent and carefree youth that year, which explains my attraction to redheads today!šŸ˜‚ My best friend was another newbie who lived in a two-story ā€œAmerican Dream houseā€ with the biggest rumpus room and backyard Iā€™d ever seen! Heā€™d also a pool, Beta video player and Sega video game console prompting many a sleepover at his! Even his birthday early in the year was the talk of the whole school and as his bestie it fell on me to act as middleman to put in a word for some other mates so theyā€™d get to go and have fun too!šŸ„³ What I love about that era was it was a time of novelty. The movies were made for us kids and we were captivated by the unknownā€”monsters, ghosts, UFOs, treasure, time travel, outer space, etc.ā€”so the growing nostalgia to tap into the naive sense of awe and wonder we felt about the world around us back then isnā€™t a surprise. The music and fashion trends were probably what I was least a fan of though. Some songs even gave me a migraine listening to ā€˜em!šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø Nowadays, however, Iā€™m finding myself tuning to ā€˜80s music to relive even for just the briefest moment those slower and simpler times. Being on the cusp of a new era in technological advancement we were in a way between worlds playing on our classā€™s Commodore 64, listening to mixtapes of pop songs or watching videos starring ā€˜80s teen idols. Whoā€™dā€™ve thought less than a decade later weā€™d be using laptops, CDs, DVDs, the Internet! Sure the ā€˜80s wereā€™t everything, but for me at least it was nothing if not exciting and if I could Iā€™d go back in a heartbeat! 1. Unsolved Mysteries (1987-2002) 2. The X-Files (1993-) 3. Dark (2017-) 4. Endeavour (2012-) 5. Seinfeld (1989-1998) I haven't heard anything about this TV series at all from anyone I know who are subscribed to Netflix and it's only in the last several months now having signed up to Netflix myself to watch The Crown (2016-) and seeing the second season's release of Dark (2017-) promoted that I started watching it. And I am totally loving it!šŸ˜ Whereas the overhyped Stranger Things (2016-) has been described to me as a "masterpiece"ā€”Seriously!šŸ™„ā€”I am finding Dark (2017-) far more original in comparison and, in my opinion, truly more deserving of the designation as a "masterpiece!" I find it ingenious how the creators and writers have weaved a marvelous tapestry of how the four families in Winden are all connected and the choices each person has made has far-reaching consequences for the past and future!šŸ¤Æ I can't wait for the third and final season!šŸ¤“
