I've had many first and second graders tell me names of R rated movies they've seen. Mostly for violence but still not Ok.
Well paging through IMDBs list of the top 250 I'm going to name the ones that impacted me. The Godfather series..I watched the entire series in a weekend, Finding Nemo, the first movie I cried at as an adult. Silence of the Lambs, great story, Memento ,A really unique concept, One flew over the Cuckoos nest, probably the best acting I've seen, Taxi Driver, this was hard to watch as its so dark. These days I try to avoid most of these types of movies as too dark and depressing.
I tried to stop for a pulled pork sandwich but the line was so long.
I have a habit of looking people in the film up on IMDB, while watching the film. I look up what else the actors have done, or trivia about the movie. Sometimes its more interesting than the movie itself.
absences. This word, which I have to write allot gives me nightmares. I had to look it up to spell it here. Its the s and c mash up. He has too many absences. I started abbreviating it to avoid the spelling. 4 abs.
On the way home from work. Calming stuff, 10cc, America, Dan Folgelberg and Supertramp. On the way to the Gym the loudest stuff I can find, Alice in Chains, Bad Wolves, 21 Pilots, Danzig.
yah your right. I've let my self go. I dont spend every weekend making my own workwheets to fit every kid i encounter. I dont wake up at night thinking about a kid who has no family and how I can make his life better. your right i am a poser.

Those two songs i can never hear enough of. My ex husband was listening to me play songpop at epic speed and he said wow you now every song. Yes I do.. It takes a really great song to impress me.

I'd like to see Sue Grafton's series, A is for Alibi, B is for Burglar.
Absolutely. It would be fascinating. You can't just put you head in the sand and pretend it didn't happen. At least we might learn something to put ourselves more on guard if there is ever a next time.
Remakes I'll go with the Ring. The American version was better than the Japanese.
Remakes that made very angry.. Clash of the Titans. This was one of my favorite movies growing up. I was excited to see the remake, complete trash.
