Alien is many times batter.
That's because they went into the alien's physiology and that's why were were dangerous to even try to kill. However, you could still kill it.
This film had what looked like a squid with soft flesh, but nothing hurt it. It's out in space when cosmic rays, super cold, no humidity so space would suck the water right out of you, and it ate people, so it was made out of the same chemicals as us. Meanwhile, when it starts getting cold in the spaceship, it wants to hug a heat source, but is okay running around in space?
It was a poorly thought out idea, but relatively fun.
The thing was way too smart.
I figured out things that it shouldn't be able to and would have to be a hundred times more ingenious than our most ingenious genius.
Along the lines of what you said, it would have been cool if by the time it killed most everyone it started talking and realizing what it was doing. That would have showed that it represented the entire cycle of life.
Instead though, it was basically a dumb movie with a lot of huge plot holes.
She is likely fake and that is intuitive for most people.
By fake I mean that she is a tool of adults. From what I know, her family are jewish showbiz people and of course such people want to put on a show and make money, while not caring about the kid or the cause. There have been countless showbiz kids that end up mentally broken and it's gross.
I believe that cause a lot of the reactions but people don't know how to put it into words.
In addition, she doesn't know what she's talking about. I doesn't matter if the topic is true or not, she doesn't know because she is too young. If Bill Gates or some accomplished person when on the same campaign, when they didn't previously make money from it, then it would be more credible.
Also, it's a massively tired subject. I was looking at some famous movie from 1973 and the future was destroyed by green house gases. I was Soylant Green. The original novel was just about over population, but Hollywood always goes for climate change. For fun I watched Buck Rogers the other day. That came out in 1978 and the future was destroyed due to man's environmental issues. My point is that this is a tired media topic that's been going on for almost 50 years.
I am older and have a great memory, so I remember all of this stuff from when I was a kid. Most people have no memory compared to me. They might have watched all of these shows but don't remember, then hear it on TV and WOW! That or the media LOVES to focus on kids. What, we eat animals....I'm vegan now!! And the Earth is going to burn up....OMG!
It is massively tiring and there's nothing we can do about the issue.

He did a lot of what I call the Han Solo and Princess Leia syndrome.
That's where one or both get all worked up like they hate each other but really they are annoyed and scared because they met the person that will change their life. That was very clear in It's a Wonderful Life. He wanted to travel and be an adventurer, but he fell in love with her immediately and knew he'd have to stay in town for her, so he was mad.
It is cute, not mean.

Hoffa was AMISH and Pacino was clearly and Italian guy acting like and Italian guy. I was mindblown when he said to the Italian guy "you people" and started insulting Italians. I had to look Hoffa up on wiki to see what his ethnicity was.

He noted that both of them together generated some kind of extreme life force.
I think he wanted both of them to live and take command while he told them what to do in the background.
That's another good point. They are pretty short too.

The Mandolorian isn't a SJW kinda show.
I noted that SF fans have always liked shows with a diverse cast, but they just don't like it being forced on them.
Batman would never retire because he is insanely driven to be Batman.
He's Batman because his parents were murdered in front of him and he became determined to prevent that from ever happening to anyone again. You do not retired from that.

There was a lot of crap in this film.
I don't think the writers knew what they wanted to do which is really crazy given the amount of money involved.
For instance, Alfred hooks Batman up with a bionic knee device. It is so strong that he is able to kick through a brick wall.
That was a scene with no point in the movie. However, it seemed like foreshadowing for use such devices in the future.
Batman is about technology and I thought he was going to get a bionically enhanced suit to fight Bane. That would have been sensible.
The whole movie sucked though due to the BS "realism" nonsense. Catwoman wasn't Catwoman, Bane wasn't anything like the character, and Batman either kills himself or retires. Batman cannot retire due to his driving passion for being Batman.
Lots of crap, which is too bad.
Yeah, that is insane for 8 episodes.
If you have that many episodes it should all be pulse pounding plot.

I saw an interview with her and she reminded me of prostitutes I have known. I work in psych.
It was my impression that she came from some insane family and her mother probably prostituted her to get parts.

In the Mandolrian has EQUAL characters which is great!
All the main character are basically equal.

Mando is a guess a Hispanic actor, and he's great and cool.
NONE of these people are being promoted as a "black" "Hispanic" or "Woman" they are just cool characters.
Everyone liked Star Trek for the same reason in the 60s. It wasn't in your face and everyone was ADMIRABLE. Science fiction fans are idealists and WANT everyone to be cool. They don't want a black guy to act like a retarded coward and then be gay on top of it! They don't want all the males to be secondary to females, they want everyone cool.

They have all been fairly fun episodes, but it has no real plot!!
One of my favorite shows is Supernatural. They have like 24 episodes and there has never been a "bad" one. That's on a broadcast channel too, so I don't have to pay for it.
This I am paying for as I am Netflix and Amazon. I want like 20 shows or I'm going to start pirating this shit.
I don't look at him as bad, at least the way the movie was made.
The original owners would not have had a giant business with their principles, which were good. So, he was trying to make the business a huge thing and succeeded by lowing quality, but still McDonald's is a good and fun little place to eat.
I saw him as a person trying to make things work.
I'm a very ethical person and if I was in his shoes I don't know what I would do but try to succeed.
