Frog doesn’t care if Hodges died. Yeah it’s too bad, but that’s all part of the game. Frog knows it could’ve been him who died instead, and Hodges would think the same thing: “man that’s too bad. Oh well. It was his day, not mine.”
I also think he was smirking because that young newly-inducted gang member who killed Hodges died like he wanted to, in a blaze of glory. The kid just said that’s how he wanted to go out, and that’s exactly what he did. Frog got a kick out of that.
Yeah that certainly could be the case. Twins with DeVito is one where the co-star steals the show.
It was a joke for one. And we know that the Irish culture doesn’t shun drinking.
She’s still way more then decent today! Saw a video of her the other day and she was smokin hot. The voice, I understand. Though I dig it.
I always liked it too. Pink could’ve been more personable, but eh, he will learn that down the road.
I agree with the above comment. Based upon what Mike had said earlier in the movie, “is this a smoked or a liquid lunch?” for instance, he did run his mouth too much. His “someone’s smoking some reefer” observation wasn’t an innocent one. One shouldn’t say that sorta stuff. It’s none of their business. He was making slight sport of Clint and his crew in a low-key sort of a way.
But Clint was an a-hole.
I like how after the freshman Carl Burnet says that, the chubby Hirshfelder goes “yeah right”. Like he doesn’t even wanna believe Carl.
If that hat wasn’t in style, then a burnout of Slater’s magnitude would be the one to wear it. “Whoa man that’s a cool hat. Unique. Think I’m gonna buy it.”
As far as the baggy pants go, yeah they weren’t the most popular style out at the time, but they existed and people wore them.
That was hilarious. “They killed the cook.”
How's it not child pornography?
Probably the critics. I know the Siskel and Ebert argument on it is pretty funny. Ebert thought it was a worthy kids movie and Siskel didn’t. I rented this movie a thousand times as a kid in the 90s.
Shoot it might, depending on the principal. Some authority figures choose to downplay the problem until it’s too late.
He was hot and cold. Some of his acting was golden, some of it not so much. But I liked him and when he called out the others for dissing their bosses music that was hilarious.
It’s supposed to be a stupid, smart aleck line. I chuckled.
I forgot about that skit. Yeah it was horrible. At least with the chocolate skits, they would smear chocolate all over their faces.
Exactly. I forgot about them having almost exclusively hip-hop and r&b guests. TLC did the theme song.
All of the above reasons are correct, and let’s just be honest and add one more: they needed more color. White people are only funny on a certain level! In the old All That, the humor had some range and that’s partially because the cast came from different ethnic backgrounds.
The new All That was too white, and was a one-trick pony: corny, zany, uncool humor.
I’d rank this 2nd after Goldeneye. I like it’s story, the villains motive, the double-cross by Electra King.
I like the return of the ex-KGB agent from Goldeneye. And last but not least I like Bonds line, “I never miss” after he gets done killing King.
It’s not REALLY worth watching unless there’s nothing else to watch or you’re in the mood for a chill easy and fun ‘90s rom-com. It all takes place in one night, which I like. Its got some dumb funny jokes and moments, and the acting is good.
They knew her from around the way. Probably recognized her from the club scene and said to themselves, “Yo that’s that chick who I saw (insert wild act here) at the club!”
