Lots of good foils for Tony but Frank is great one, even though he doesn’t have much screen time.
Well now that you mention it, I do like me some ninja turtles. Don’t you?
I think it makes the story more timeless.
A Marcus and Mo/Kenan and Kel crossover would’ve been so awesome. I can just imagine.
I didn’t know that! I bet that was cool.
Oh I thought he had always wanted to dance professionally.
And yeah a lot of people did love this movie solely because of the dancing, and I'm sure a lot of people loved the movie because they could relate.
I'm pretty sure I remember the actor, Danny Aiello who played "Sal" in "Do the Right Thing", said on "Dinner for Five" that he improvised the line.
Here is with Charlie Rose: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_QVt_JCS54
Yeah it might as well have been a reboot. Horrible movie.
He probably wanted at least as many sons as Vito had.
If it was a girl, I don't know what he wouldn't have cared about the abortion. He probably would've but maybe not as much.
I suppose it was Bobby C's death that made Tony finally "cross the bridge". Tony was so shook up after Bobby's fall, maybe he was worried that the same thing could've happened and someday would happen to him.
One thing though, how did Frank lose the respect of his family? I thought they proud of him being a priest? Or are you referring to after he left the priesthood?
She’s pretty sexy and I like her voice but yeah after awhile she’s becomes monotone. Can’t stand Madam Secretary. She never shows any emotion.
Well I think anybody who watched it would see similar things happening in their own lives: drug use, burned out dreams, homegirls getting dogged out, dancing, having a crew, gang fights, the “one true love”.
I mean yeah it’s cool to view that era with some cool mystique but everyone knows it had its faults just like anything else. Not the movies fault. Just human nature.
It is a little weird but I dug it. It’s not “perfect” but it does stand out.
It’s a well-made movie regardless of the subject matter, and it spoke to a lot of people. It should be a little higher than a 7.
I think they are all at least decent Bond flicks.
It seemed like Casino Royale was an instant classic when it came out. I actually first saw it years later and thought it was pretty good, but maybe not as good as I imagined.
Quantum of Silence I was thought was alright. It had some cool moments but the only thing I remember was the girl covered in oil and the villain's cause of death ***SPOILERS*** he drank oil out in the desert. Yuck.
Skyfall. I think the Adele theme is awesome, for starters. It's a great movie. The first Bond I saw in theaters, and I had seem them all. The opening scene where that chick shoots him off the train, and then the next scene he's in a shack on an island, drinking with some other woman?!!! The ending was extremely memorable as well.
Spectre? Eh. I couldn't follow the plot but that tends to happen to me. Bautista was cool. It was pretty good.
And Glen Campbell as the Texan, always liked him.
I gotta go with Duke. One could argue for either one; they're both among the best of their time.
Yeah, there were a few heartbreaking scenes, I thought. I liked De'Niro's character and he was a tragic figure.
Maybe to the Italian Mafia he was.
It’s always been one of my favorites. The song is one of the best, the Bond girl is fierce, and the last third of the movie where they start climbing up the mountain is excellent.
