What?
The husband kidnapped a young girl from her mother, the wife promised to protect her, she then died because the husband pulled his wife away and she didn’t save the girl.
Had the girls Mum been on the boat she may have been able to save her daughter and they both get rescued.
Not to mention there is no guarantee the daughter would have got in the bus as she was separated from her mother and only reason the bus hadn’t closed the doors was because Bol kept them open trying to get on. If he hadn’t done that the girl likely never would have made it on.
Sureeeee more like this is your alt account. Anyone who gets this upset by someone making a simple mistake, yeah nah you’re scared that someone called you out. Lol bloody alts.
Plenty of restaurants especially big ones like that would have multiple cameras it didn't seem like a cheap place. Plus even if it's not the best quality it would be pretty easy to see she wasn't the one who killed her sister and that she wasn't holding the knife when it happened.
You keep trying to move the goals to fit your points and it won't work.
There have been more than enough times prosecutors have charged people for murder when it was against someone who abused them. Not to mention this case would involve new technology not seen before, would be a real test of skill in terms of prosecution and defence and honestly it's not that hard to prove, they have the body, they have the murder weapon, they have camera footage and they have the suit and likely information of how it works if they get the guys files and shit on how was built. Hell it probs wouldn't reach the courts and there would be a plea deal. Either way it's not like they would just let her go free with technology that advanced and that dangerous.
No shit Sherlock because at that point they had no evidence that it existed.
You know except the military contractors that were mention and seems he was hired by to make said suit. He wasn’t building the suit for shits and giggles He was either building it to sell or was hired to build it. He only used it for nerfarious reasons when his gf left him.
Yeah it’s not the best but so far you’ve yet to remember or get a single thing right so honestly this isn’t really on the movie it’s on you.
The movie didn’t know what it wanted to be. It was trying to be deeper than what it actually was. Which is a movie where a crazy student manipulated people to get back at those he feels have wronged him. Honestly this movie falls apart the moment someone actually acts like a normal person.
Yes because a suit like that just appears out of no where. Not to mention they already have proof since they killed a guy wearing the suit so they do know it exists. You need to go back and rewatch the movie because I’m continually finding myself pointing out how you are getting so much wrong.
Not really no. It makes a noise yes but not loud enough that would potentially attract security guards unless they were already near by.
Not to mention that’s not what you were talking about. You were talking about the gunshot.
Honestly it was really weird. It’s like the director and writers really wanted to write a modern day Robin Hood but were forced to do the standard Robin Hood time period setting.
I guess maybe they were trying to send a message and connect it to modern day war? I dunno
I didn’t mind the movie as but of mindless fun but was Defs some odd choices made.
Also don't bother replying I don;t need "smart" people (which is what you are actually saying not me) comment and replying to me.
I've already shown that this movie is bad. Don't argue a moot point.
Also blocked.
Sorry all I read was you trying to whine your way out of a bad movie by saying I stated my things as facts.
Here is ratings for you, it has 14% on rotten tomatoes by critics and 54% by audience. So critically speaking the movie is absolute garbage fire.
I'm not to smart for this movie, well actually not correct, I am because literally only someone who is considering legally brain dead could be to dumb for this movie, even then it is debatable.
You can like this movie but don't lie to people and say it's good. It's not, it's bad, really bad.
There was a good movie hiding in there though, had it actually been coherant and figured out wtf it was trying to be and do and not throw so many stupid twists in there constantly it may have ended up as an actually good movie.
Pretty much right up until they catch the serial killer the movie was pretty alright and seemed interesting. Then just downhill hard from there.
It is an average movie that if someone watches once, will rate it as average. If they take their time and think about it and watch it again, they realise it's garbage.
Also just because you quote the consensus doesn't mean the consensus is right. Also I never said they were dumb don't put words in my mouth. In fact insulting others is pretty low and really shows how desperate you are to prove this movie is somehow good.
If that was really true you wouldn't have replied defending it like you have and getting upset someone dared attack your precious movie. It was average and is rated as such because it's not bad the entire way through. It has moments of goodness, I admit I loved the part where the guy and girl are teamed up hunting pedophiles.
Crittically speaking it's garbage. Audience wise it's average. Average doesn't mean good. In fact for the cast it had, that's really bad.
No it wasn’t smart, it was stupid because there was no reason for her to believe the person she had there had multiple personalities. It was a poorly hid twist that honestly didn’t fit the flow of the movie. Actually that’s wrong it did fit because there was no flow it was all over the place.
Nothing in the movie made any sense once you took a few seconds to actually think about it.
This was not a good movie in regards to story. It only barely scrapped through as an alright movie with the acting.
Bad twists, bad story, passable acting and worst just meh.
Yes because he is a reliable witness, someone who has a history with her, someone who knows about that technology and someone who may also want revenge of the guy who potentially murdered a friend of his and who also messed with his family.
Any decent prosecutor would tear his testimony to shreds.
Wrong. That didn't happen until after 5 security guards had already come to her. Two security guards came when the gunshot the majority came before any loud noise really happened.
Not to mention the 2 that came from the gunshot literally come around the corner like a 2 seconds after the shot, so they def seems like they were already heading there as well.
So the gunshot really had nothing to do with it.
Yeah the movie threw all logic out the window. There was no where near enough dinosaurs for them to be entering a new era for humanity.
Especially since there is likely a lot of natural things that will kill the dinosaurs before humans. The herbivores probs eat some bad plants and die. Some of them will be killed by other predators. Then guarantee there’s some animal based diseases that they would never have encountered that make the jump to them and fuck them up as well.
The carnivores will all be hunted and killed by either the military or thrill seekers who want to bag a T-Rex.
They easily could have solved this by making it so over the last three years the dinosaurs were being transported onto a mainland until the new island was ready. Their numbers continued growing because they were still breeding. They lie and say they have only been bringing over the herbivores none of the real dangerous carnivores.
Then twist reveal they actually had brought over carnivores.
The government in this movie though has ruled that they are endangered and should be saved. But then end of the movie they all still escape and because of strict laws in place they do have a tough time wiping them out because animal rights activists and what not point to them being protected. It’s still pretty illogical but least makes a bit more sense than this movie.
Yeah that was a bit over the top for all the cops and military being killed.
In regards to the body army it would depend on the rounds potentially and also for most shots he shot them multiple times in around the same spot. Essentially body armour is only good for one use once it’s been hit they replace it as it’s intergeity isn’t as solid anymore and they’re less safe. So multiple shots in the same location could make the rounds penetrate as it’s weakened.
He also seemed to try and go for the open spots the armour didn’t cover to finish them off.
I agree that story wise it makes sense. It’s just one of those stories though that after it ends there was probs sooooo much legal crap that happened lol.
You are likely correct I haven’t fully looked in to it. But I do know that it defs wasn’t as black and white as the movies portrayed it. The family was very well off and Marta wasn’t. I don’t think while a court case would be happening that Marta would get anything and this family can defs hire the better lawyers. Not to mention that really only a couple of people in the family were total assholes. The daughter seemed pretty switched on a business savvy. The son running the publishing side of things seemed desperate but not to bad. The granddaughter was just a scared kid and it was her mum being a dick. So would say with all of them they could make a case against the current will pretty well in terms of hey there really isn’t any reason for us to be written out besides an old sick man changing his mind suddenly a week before his apprent suicide.
It would be a very grey area thing and the movie would be a court drama than a murder mystery.
With the second point I have a feeling the movie may have planned to set up that Fran was a user and kind of hinted at that but never ended up fully going in to it. If she was a morphine user or an equivalent drug it would have potentially explained why the dosage didn’t kill her as quickly as she had a higher tolerance.
Without that extra bits though the movie does create a bit of a problem with the plot and the timing.
Really simple solution here.
Does what the OP said and says goodbye to Marta loudly. Goes back into his study, puts the morphine needle in his arm and waits.
That way it looks like a suicide by overdose. They know it’s not Marta because she had left already and everyone heard the guy say goodbye.
If he had done it that way he also would have realised that he wasn’t given the wrong stuff and laughed it off calling Marta and telling her hey yeah I’m still alive.
But the guy liked drama and wanted a dramatic death. He wrote mystery books so he made a convoluted plan because that’s what he does in his mystery books.
