That’s actually a really good point, never thought about that. I mean how much can you really take away from 3 minutes of vocals and instruments? At least with movies there is stuff to talk about and analyze.
Nobody in their right mind would believe that people from the future traveled back in time, it’s a complete nonsense angle. I think the network knows that this show has no legs but will let the first season play out just because it has a pro immigration stance.

No the greatness of this country isn’t that we let a bunch of immigrants in, that’s complete nonsense. We are the greatest country because our citizens are rewarded with all sorts of freedoms that you don’t get in other countries like the right to free speech, the right to bear arms, and many others. Also thanks to capitalism and free markets we are the richest and poverty-free country on the planet. It just sucks that half the citizens in this country want to ruin this great thing we have going and send us back to the Stone Age by following idiotic Liberal and Progressive ideas that will ruin the economy, cause another civil war, and lead to massive crime. Democrats don’t want to admit it but their dream utopian country will never exist and the harder they try the more our country will start

All countries should put their own needs ahead of outsiders, it’s pretty common sense stuff. Isn’t it funny how Liberals constantly complain about income inequality, racism, and that the minimum wage is too low......yet at the same time they’re totally fine with exasperating these problems by bringing in dirt poor refugees that take jobs away from us and lead to more racism.
It isn’t a matter of taste to determine if an artist is overrated or not, and if people are gonna list Prince as one of the best musicians ever then he better have more than 2 hits for crying out loud. Obviously I’m not saying that more radio hits mean you’re better but this fruitcake can’t be considered the greatest if a random stranger can barely list one of his songs, it’s all about perception.
Okay I somewhat agree with this statement but what about those people who seem too good to be true or are viewed as being flawless human beings.....people like Ellen, Beyoncé, Chris Pratt, Obama? All I’m saying is that it’s tough to weigh flaws with strengths, heck it’s even hard to find flaws if you don’t want to see them. Maybe it’s best to just go with your gut instinct then to just say “well here is a flaw and here is another, but I like this aspect so +1” basically as long as we’re not treating it like some math equation.
For example, The first Avengers movie hardly has any flaws but at the same time it’s extremely dull and forgettable. Man of Steel on the other hand has plenty of flaws but it’s almost a masterpiece of a superhero movie compared to the Avengers. Obvious this is subjective but you get my point: counting out the number of flaws in a movie doesn’t necessarily work like a math equation if that makes sense.
This show has literally none of those things, I would stay away from it.
A hit isn’t determined by how dumbed down a song is, that’s naive thinking and illogical. Some songs that are very deep become huge hits and other times you get horribly written songs that blow up. It can go either way really, but what does matter is that as an artist you connect to people. Prince couldn’t get radio play because his music was straight up garbage that nobody wanted to listen to. If his music was evenly vaguely listenable he would have had more than 2 hits, that’s my point.
People point to flaws as if all you have to do is erase them and a movie would be better, I’m simply pointing out that this isn’t necessarily true. Movies are a form of art and by detracting some flaws you could actually make a movie worse. Catch my drift?

Nowhere in that passage does it mention refugees. You’re just making stuff up now.
Nowhere in the Bible does it say let refugees into your country, it talks about helping your neighbor...perhaps you’re confused.
We shouldn’t do anything with them is my point, it’s not our responsibility to. Nothing racist about that opinion at all, unless I see any statistics about refugees making the economy stronger I simply will not budge.
