IMDB randomly deletes lists. Most lists I've used (or created) have vanished.
Always go for used parts. They hardly ever took damage from pre-owners, even if they were miners.
Pay 1/3 of the price for the latest hardware of 2 years ago.
This would apply to European car sales too, technically. In practice, no one (besides collectors) on the mainland wants the steering wheel on the right side.
In most of Europe, a car doesn't automatically come with a license plate. You get them at the end of the registration process.
When the car changes ownership, new license plates get made.
Under some conditions, you can register more than one car with the same plates, when not using the vehicles at the same time (saves taxes). But this kind of swapping is more common for motorcycles.
Some countries offer vanity numbers for a periodical extra fee.

3D animation was very limited:

Similar, but limited to a few lines and lots of imagination.
Wrath of Khan's digital effects were top notch for 1982, not reproducible on arcade hardware or consoles.
The game is wireframes only, no textures.
Not to forget the 80s, where it was OK to be bonkers.
Cinema was more experimental, action movies were made of Cocaine,...
Wanda has tortured a rural village - BUT: Agatha killed a dog.
The young assassins / Blut parts felt like filmed by Paul W. S. Anderson.
Same here.
Saddest thing about it: I'd watch this movie.

Partially, it was. AFAIR, the David from Prometheus found something on the planet where he started from (the remaining "anti-life" if the planet was Pandora's box). It became such a danger because of him. We see different steps in the Alien's guided evolution during Prometheus and AC.
Like all prequels, it's patched on and the creation-stuff is mostly to be found in Prometheus and AC. The older movies have thinner plots and don't really hint in this direction. It's mainly the newer two movies picking up the Pinocchio/Geppetto theme.
