Yes, I'd love to. I believe the way to do this is: 1. End the Fed and switch from the U.S. Dollar to Bitcoin. 2. Abolish the IRS. The government can subsist solely on taxes other than those on the income of citizens. 3. Reduce government spending to a bare minimum. The U.S. government spent $6.13 trillion in 2023. That can be chopped to about $2 trillion. Sadly, almost $1 trillion of that will go to pay only the interest on the debt that already exists. Over time, the debt needs to be paid off, not increased. 4. Immediately deport every person in this country illegally. The biggest reason people can't afford homes now is because the government sucks up most of our income, and then it prints trillions more on top of that. That leaves citizens broke while inflation soars. Illegals are easily exploited by businesses, driving wages down and reducing the number of jobs available to citizens. If we did the four things above, inflation would cease to be, and prices would deflate over time as new technology lowers the cost to create/do things, and homes would be priced in balance with wages. She wants 3 million new houses. That in and of itself isn't a bad thing. But how does she say she'll make it happen? First, with a tax incentive for homebuilders. What does that mean? It means reduced taxes for the builders. That means a shift of that tax burden to everyone else, as the government never reduces its income, it only changes who has to pay it. Second, she will create a $40 billion innovation fund for local governments to build housing. That's bad for two reasons. It adds another $40 billion to the national debt, and it puts the government in charge of building homes. The government never does anything well, and it's always better to have the private sector doing whatever it is. Third, her plan includes $25,000 in down payment support for first-time homeowners. 3 million new homes, and 25k to each new homeowner. That's as much as $75 billion more in debt. Where will that money-- as much as $115 billion-- come from? The printer. What will that cause? Inflation. When new money is printed, the wealthy benefit from it, and the rest of us suffer the subsequent inflation. If she actually wants to do something good, she'll reduce government spending and lower, or eliminate, the federal income tax. That will actually stimulate economic growth and create a demand for new homes that will be satisfied by builders. I listen to neither, so no. I'd remind you that nothing you wrote is true, and you've been duped by the bots you're reading on Twitter and watching on TikTok, but I don't think you care. No one considers Tim Walz to be moderate or sensible, nor are any women looking to him as a father figure. You're repeating what his billionaire backers have programmed you to repeat in hopes you can dupe others the way you've been duped. It will be popular with those who don't understand basic economics. Done your way he would not have needed to remove a key. The killer having a copy of the key would have made sense, as he'd stolen her purse, taken the letter, and copied her key. I'd lump Spider-Man 3 in with the worst ones. Excellent 1. Spider-Man: Homecoming 2. Spider-Man: Far From Home Very Good 3. Spider-Man: No Way Home Good 4. Spider-Man 5. Spider-Man 2 Not Good 6. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 7. The Amazing Spider-Man Bad 8. Spider-Man 3 9. Madame Web 10. Morbius (presumably-- it has to be better than Venom films?) 11. Venom Absolute Garbage 12 Venom: Let There Be Carnage I took all the existing Spider-Man films, including the villain spin-offs, and ranked them. I didn't include any of the animated films or shows. With regards to the MCU, if you dislike it, then I suppose you would dislike the MCU Spider-Man films. I think the first two MCU Spider-Man films are brilliant pieces of filmmaking on top of being the closest representation to the comic book Spider-Man that have been made to date. The first two Raimi Spider-Man films are quite fun, but they are cliche-filled Hollywood superhero blockbuster films, and the only thing they have in common with their comic book source is the costume the hero wears. Put Maguire in a red costume and they instantly become Daredevil films. Make it blue and it's a Captain America film. Dev was in love with Alicia, and had been forced to sit by for weeks, maybe months, while she pretended to be in love with her Nazi husband. He wasn't thinking through the political angles, he was rescuing the girl he loves from the Nazis, and leaving the Nazi who'd been plowing her every night to be killed by the other Nazis. It's scenes like these that make the movie utterly believable and immensely enjoyable. If we're ranking Spider-Man movies, including the peripheral films, the only sane result is 1. Spider-Man: Homecoming 2. Spider-Man: Far From Home 3. Spider-Man: No Way Home (this one could be moved up to #2 if nostalgia trumps quality for the ranker) 4. Spider-Man 5. Spider-Man 2 6. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 7. The Amazing Spider-Man 8. Spider-Man 3 9. Madame Web 10. Morbius (presumably-- it has to be better than Venom films?) 11. Venom 12 Venom: Let There Be Carnage I somehow ended up seeing both Venom films, both of which were absolutely terrible. I saw the first 20 minutes or so of Morbius, and it was awful, too. Madame Web, surprisingly, I found semi-enjoyable. It's far from great, but definitely a fun, easy watch. Yes despite all this, I hope the upcoming Kraven film will be good. The third Venom film, meanwhile, I won't bother to watch, for even someone as optimistic as me knows it's going to be a zero star film. It's worse than its reputation. It's an awful film. I see the IMDB rating as a meaningless number, skewed by bots and boycotters, and people with an agenda, and even at it's best but a ranking by the masses. To put it bluntly, the majority of people are stupid. Mean though that sounds, it's the inarguable truth, so why would I want to know a rating that, at best, has been created from the votes of mostly stupid people, and is more realistically the votes of mostly stupid people combined with votes by bots/people with an agenda? What possible good will that do me? With critics, you at least know exactly who is rating the film, and you get their reasons for the rating. You can then make your own determination as to what to watch based on that information. A film or show's IMDB rating tells you nothing. It's perhaps the most useless way to determine the quality of a film. Ms. Marvel is widely considered good. She-Hulk is more of a polarizing, love it or hate it show. That said, the discussion is about the utility of critics' opinions, not the opinions of fans. That applies to every movie he's ever made. "We don't actually let men fight women in the real world because men have such a huge advantage when it comes to those kinds of things." You clearly did not watch the Olympics. It was a great final season, and the best possible way to end the series. I'll miss it as well, but at least it got a proper ending. Tough to do, as all are excellent. I like this new one a little bit better because it's the most consistently funny, and it takes everything that Deadpool is about up to the nth degree. Deadpool 2 is almost as good. Brolin's Cable is excellent, and the way he bounces from grimly serious to comedic is masterful. The first film, while my least favorite of the three, is still excellent, and it's not last because I dislike it. If I were handing out ratings, they'd all be within a 10th of a point of one another. Orrrrr.... Hulk:No Way Home where Bana and Norton Hulks show up to help Ruffalo Hulk battle the Abomination, Nick Nolte, and... I guess that's it for the retro villains, but they can add the Leader and Zzzax. They can also bring in Jackman as Wolverine, because he first appeared in a Hulk comic. Easy billion.
