The future of the MCU: just have Deadpool team up with everyone

Obviously the post-Endgame MCU is hitting a slump and only seems to succeed when they bring back nostalgia actors with some multiverse alternate dimension whatevers. The director of this movie has already teased plans to make Deadpool vs Spider-man with Andrew Garfield returning and fanboys are going NUTS.

So, is this just the future of the MCU? Have Deadpool team up with nostalgic heroes? Deadpool & Ghost Rider with Nicolas Cage? Deadpool & Venom with Topher Grace? Deadpool & Hulk with Eric Bana? Deadpool & Madam Web??? Deadpool & Steel with Shaq???

It seems like the films are stringed together with cameos. I dont understand how adding cameos from other movies you have seen has become the new way to make films. It's fun but why not just make fucking sequels to those original films and skip the cameos if they are so popular?
It's made the Deadpool films a gimmick instead of taking them a little bit serious.

Orrrrr.... Hulk:No Way Home where Bana and Norton Hulks show up to help Ruffalo Hulk battle the Abomination, Nick Nolte, and... I guess that's it for the retro villains, but they can add the Leader and Zzzax. They can also bring in Jackman as Wolverine, because he first appeared in a Hulk comic. Easy billion.
