The Ackbars are pleased with you since you speak the truth. Goodbye to my old friend Star Wars. The "big moments" were cool but overall I didn't really like it. It was way too long of a movie as well. The Rey story was pointless. There was to many main stories going on. Rey, Kylo, Luke, Poe, Leia, Finn and Rose. I have only seen it once so far and trying to get back to see it again. If I had to pick between 2 bad movies then I would choose TFA. At least in TFA the story moved forward and there were not so many slow spots. The 2 hour space chase was very memorable. Unfortunately when a movie company releases a bad movie, what follows will be lots of negativity. There was tons of positivity when TFA was first released. Poor froggy cant accept the truth. Lucas didn't write TFA. According to the Star Wars canon timeline, 1 year transpired in between ESB and ROTJ. So what was Luke doing in that one year? http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Timeline_of_canon_media 3 ABY[2] F Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back 4 ABY[2] F Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi Luke did not become a Jedi until ROTJ when Yoda told him that he would have to face Vader to become a Jedi. "He received his initial training from Obi-Wan Kenobi and additional training from Yoda, but he did not become a Jedi until his final confrontation with Vader on the Death Star under construction in Return of the Jedi: Yoda: No more training do you require. Already know you, that which you need. Luke: Then I am a Jedi. Yoda: No. Not yet. One thing remains. Vader. You must confront Vader. Then, only then, a Jedi will you be. And confront him you will." "I needed a cookie cutter movie like The Force Awakens." This is why SW is dead. Lando is right, both Anakin and Luke had training. Rey, zero training other than cutting a rock in half. Gotta agree with this, its always been about the Jedi, Sith and the Skywalkers. Thor was funny but he was also stupid. The only difference being is that Kylo was sleeping. Palps was fighting back until he lost his saber and manipulated Anakin to kill Mace. I still don't understand what she was doing in the cavern under the temple. She saw herself in the reflection which means what? Its sad but I actually liked the Crystal Skull, at least it had a story and not a 2 hour space chase. But Thor wasn't a comedian in those movies and he wasn't a comedian in the Avengers movies as well. They still are hiding on the JL boards. It shouldn't have been so funny anyways, he wasn't like that in the comics. Why did marvel fans abandon this forum so fast? Kat hmandu
