I haven't seen it but all the description sounds really good, and all the clips I saw looked good, so yeah, did OP watch said movie and have any sort of thoughtful objection?
Thanks for this list, gonna check out the Cannon ninja films for sure, a lot of this sounds right up my alley
He does all sorts of things that don't attract a lot of attention: Wilfred, his Maniac remake (nearly as good as the original) and one I just fell in love with is Netflix's I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore
Great pick, he had shown glimmers of greatness before, My Own Private Idaho stands out to me, but that performance has its flaws. Neo showed us what he could do and began a whole new chapter in his career, I've enjoyed many of his performances since, notably Thumbsucker is a personal fav
I like Gere but haven't seen this, I will check it out
Talented Mr Ripley is one of my favorites, Damon is so good and so is Philip Seymour Hoffmann, Jude Law and even Gwenyth Paltrow who I normally find boring. Even Cate Blanchett who never dissapoints it top of her game in a small role
Oh the Thing! I really should love it more than I do. All the elements are there. I am so with you on this one
I always liked Temple of Doom the best and everybody thought I was crazy. Young Indy is certainly underappreciated
If I could only have one movie on a desert island (and some way to play it) it would be Conan. It is a part of me
I remember when I saw Anacondas: The Search for the Blood Orchid in theaters. Fell in love with the series and now quite like Lake Placid as well
First saw this only a year ago and it's a perfect example of a guilty pleasure. It might be my favorite Charlie Sheen movie
I. Love. Waterworld.
Also loving on the Postman
I don't think it's all that bad to hold things to a higher standard, especially if you know it's possible it could be great. Don't expect so much just seems like a shoddy excuse for not making a good movie. I know superhero movies can be great, so when most are not it's rather dissapointing
Talking about I don't like it. It tries very hard to be about a lot of very serious issues but it comes across as silly. I do have a revolutionary spirit, I am just not in love with that movie
Oh Domestic Disturbance! Going to watch it right now
I was a smoker for like 8 years, and even while I was doing it, I hated it. Quitting was very difficult but I can confidently say 5 years later it's the best personal choice I've made. The smell is vomit worthy and seeing somebody smoking is the opposite of sexy. When I think of smoking I think of an endless feeling of desperation.
He's been in a few one off web stuff, Jim Gaffigan show I think, and he is actually a very good actor, but I think he prefers playing with his band Pizza Underground
I also might compose them a little differently, not so posed for a photograph but captured in a moment. It seems sort of European, so maybe tops off? If you do that it would only be fair to have a naked guy in there too, but that's just me :)
Not sure if it's lighting or what, but the skin textures don't seem right, too similar to the sand and everything else
Anybody who loves certain superhero source material could never be faulted for expecting too much, the good stuff is right there waiting to be made, and the few times we've been really satisfied leave us wanting more of that
