I cannot recall hearing that term in real life, but it was apparently around. I believe this was the first movie to use it. I guess "Passon" also falls into this category, but it's fairly tame and not very good. According to the producers, casting Jared helped get the movie on a fast track, but he wasn't exactly a huge star. The movie suffers from being a tad too modern and slick, but in terms of overall execution, it's the best next to Part VI, imo She's not a stereotypical "babe" like Sydney Sweeney. Hollywood probably thinks she lacks screen presence as well. Also, by her own admission, she doesn't want to be a big star (not sure I buy it, though). I guess you can now add working with David Mamet (a Trumper). Agreed, but it's still fun/hot to see her play this character. After all this time, you'd think Clubber Lang would have returned in some compacity. I get the feeling that Mr. T is either too difficult to work to with or asking for too much money. Ironically, Travis Van Winkle said the opposite in a Q&A video on YouTube. Another theory: Most non-Linnea Quigley types like to spin nude/sex scenes as more artistic/necessary/feminist than they are. With this scene, you can't really spin it as anything other than what it is. So that could explain why Julianna never talks about it. I feel like the early 80s (1980-1985) were the peak for movies with tonal clashes as well as the peak for mainstream movies containing nudity. Camera-mugging. I think I did have a bit of a crush on her as a kid. I also think at one time, I got her up mixed with Brooke Shields and Jennifer Jason Leigh. Very interesting Anti-"woke" types and hypocritical right-wingers thought she was pandering to them, but she was referring to Hollywood being too conservative as well as pro-Palestine artists being too scared to speak up. That said, she could have worded it more wisely. Also, Craig Thomas (Ben) and Jeff Bennett Eddie). I was hoping more deleted scenes would make it. Thank you.
