it's extremely rare these days for an actress not to talk about nudity they've done - especially in a high-profile project.
There's different theories: She's mortified/guarded/regretful. She can't be too mortified if she agreed to repeat her most famous line in that "Crystal Lake Memories" documentary - but there has to be some reason why she's never really talked about it.
Because no one has asked her about it? Why would she bring it up unless someone asked her about it?

Julianna was (and still is) a classy gal. Classy actresses (who are relatively comfortable with their body and not super religious) will "go to the extreme" depending on the project and/or where they're at in their career. A big horror property produced by Michael Bay's company was a major get for Julianna. But with her being pretty young and green at the time, she didn't know how to handle the feedback online (and perhaps even the producers bragging about how much nudity was in the movie). And perhaps she thought it would open more doors than it did? So she became guarded and vetoed any discussion about it. Later on, she got more into the feminist thing - not anti-nudity, more like anti-gratuitousness/exploitation.
Reminds me of Odessa Munroe (Freddy vs Jason opening scene). Odessa had a 2003 double whammy of flashing her breasts in FvJ and Final Destination 2. This is the sort of thing young single women do in their 20s for a paycheck and a chance for exposure, just to get your foot in the door. I imagine the hope is you do some sexually objectifying roles to get into the industry and progress to legitimate acting.
Nowadays she's an ultra conservative podcaster. I don't watch her stuff but from the one or two bits I did check out she even apologized for swearing during a rant and from what I gather is a Christian. It's the complete opposite of what one would expect of someone who agreed to appear nude in films and thus allow literal millions of people see them topless.
I'd guess Julianna is something similar. She was young and quite carefree, trying to get into the industry but now that she's older and is married (maybe even a mother?) she likes to pretend she didn't do nude scenes in 'trashy films'. Probably looks back on it as a silly mistake she made whilst younger.
A lot of people do things in their teens and young adulthood which they later regret, only for actresses like this they're in the public eye and film is forever.
We are shaped partly by our decisions. I do reckon in Odessa's case the fact she did those roles carries some guilt and regret and that helped push her into conservatism and religion, whilst it could explain why Julianna is 'feminist' as you say.
IMDB includes this comment in the trivia section so she must have mentioned it somewhere:
It took 10 to 12 hours to shoot the sex scene between Bree and Trent. Julianna Guill (Bree) was a bit anxious about being nude but after a talk with her male co-star, she felt relaxed and didn't mind filming additional footage for the sex scene.
Ironically, Travis Van Winkle said the opposite in a Q&A video on YouTube.
Another theory: Most non-Linnea Quigley types like to spin nude/sex scenes as more artistic/necessary/feminist than they are. With this scene, you can't really spin it as anything other than what it is. So that could explain why Julianna never talks about it.

She got naked in two more films within the next two years so either she was fine with it or she was desperate for work.
After F13, she may have only been getting offers where she had to show her perfect tits.
She then got married in 2015 and started popping out kids.
That probably changed her mind about accepting nude roles.
After kids the tits are no longer perfect.
BTW makes me wonder what Winkle said that made her less anxious?
