I'm not sure if his name was ever mentioned but Fort Worth Officer Garret "G.W." Hull was murdered by a robbery suspect back in September 2018, he appeared in one Season 17 episode where he and John Ost did a search warrant on a known crack house. I feel horrible for Officer Hull and his family that his life had to end the way. I agree 1996 was the last truly great year for Nickelodeon, I feel 1997-2001 were still watchable but you could feel the downhill slide coming. Another show of that era I feel that got overlooked was Taina, that was an early 2000's show that lasted for two seasons. The scene with the truck driver playing the bumper cars on the bridge while trying to get on out of there. Yes as I was watching the NBA Finals during that time, I was like "WTF" as I have never heard of OJ Simpson since I was approaching the 8th grade at that time period. While I don't rank it among one of John Candy's very best films I still enjoyed watching it as I thought he and Eugene Levy were great together as the security guards. I give this film an 8/10 I thought what went wrong with the film was Richard Pryor being wasted as Gus, I feel most of the scenes he was in were forgettable, I also thought the villains weren't as memorable here as they were in the first two movies. Or impatient with going over certain things. I agree that was very low and disrespectful of Pamela having sex with the wolf when she already had a boyfriend, if I were Mick and saw Pamela dating Scott I would dump her. I agree the father didn't seem to be all that loving towards Dennis and seemed to have more of a no nonsense vibe in him than the cartoon, the comics and the 60's TV series. Another reason why I favor the third film over the second film is because I hated the scenes where there were tensions between Carrie and the Bandit. I love it as I love the police chases, the feelgood vibe and the banterings of the characters. It's very sad that Potter has controlled the caretaker's livelihood, I thought the depression ended by the mid 1930's. When they taught Harry how to sit along with Harry laughing at the TV show. As a kid I knew someone who was creeped out by Harry saying "Okay". 8/10, I thought it was a very good sequel to the original. BUMP I love this movie and feel it doesn't get talked about much these days considering how popular it was back in the late 1990's, I personally think this is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen, it also transported me back to the 1990's. Not me as I saw this movie before I saw Shawshank Redemption, I agree that Tim Robbins' personality in this film is similar to his personality in Shawshank Redemption. Because he was afraid that Nick was trying to rob him when he wasn't. Me too, I never understood why Martin Lawrence got first billing when Tim Robbins was the main character.
