That's just, like, your opinion, man.
How can anybody be confused by this? It was the Colonel.
Honestly, I felt like they are all to blame. Everyone seemed kind of selfish.
I've seen it many times but not for a while. Thanks for reminding me I need to see this again.
So the 2 and a half hour Dark Knight felt like it was an hour long? That's the testament of a great filmmaker. Also, Law & Order is not pretentious so I don't know why you'd compare the Dark Knight to it. Also, I wouldn't judge a filmmaker on one movie.
Given a few problem I have with his work (exposition, sappiness), he's still a great filmmaker and an elite one. He's just not in the realm of Kubrick, Kurosawa, Bergman...
Same post under different names, huh?
All movies will have a lot of 10's and a lot of 1's.
I disagree. Under the "trending" section, we're still consistently getting "1 hour ago" as the furthest time. Sure one poster can go under multiple pages, but it still is only an hour ago. Also on these general boards, right now the topic at the bottom has a recent posting of 25 minutes ago.
Having said that, I don't really see it picking up rapidly just staying the same. I guess I'm going to have to flood the IMDb Facebook pages again.
I couldn't care less about Aladdin but I like Guy Ritchie. I'll watch it because he usually makes fun movies.
I just assumed La chèvre was referring to Gérard Depardieu. Not sure why he would be referred to as one, but that's just what I assumed.
It's available on Youtube... for a price.
The beginning reminded me of a Claude Chabrol film. His films usually have the great, gripping opening scenes.
It's a memorable shot.
That's strange. Usually older audiences will flock to these kinds of films.
It won't, Gary, but make your voice heard!
You're an asshole.
This has been discussed many times and no one really defends it. It's funny because it's essentially what the entire film was about. People defend that the maid heard it, but it really is highly unlikely.
This movie was a mess. I'm not sure if this is the version Welles wanted, but the plot was all over the place. It did, though, seem like it was cut from the longer version.
I know you're joking, but the movie felt like a big mess to me.
