Who killed Lester? Colonel right?

Ok so after like 10 years I watched this movie again and I'm just wondering, Colonel killed Lester right? Most likely he did but I just want to be sure cuz idk, Corolyn wanted to kill him as well! :)

Yeah I'm not sure either OP.. I thought the blood stained shirt and missing gun from the gun collection might have had something to do with it but now I'm not sure! Maybe Colonel just went boar hunting or something?

It's interesting how the movie starts with a video taped of a murder solicitation. If the police go through Ricky's tapes and finds that the kids are in big trouble. Carolyn was had bought a gun and was going to the range regularly and was having an affair in which her husband had busted her at the burger joint, the police might think she was smart enough to get a second gun and get rid of it after the deed was done.

Pretty obvious it was Fitts, but the police didn't get to see what we saw. I would really like to see a second movie with the investigation and all the craziness that would ensue.
