See you already fucked up by blindly parroting what others told you to think instead of reading her tweet yourself and coming to your own conclusion. If you would have done so, you would have realized that she wasn't even mentioning the holocaust with a single word, let alone making light of it (and why the fuck would she!?).
Here is what she said:

She is clearly talking about the beginning stages of the persecution of the Jews in Nazi Germany, long before the Holocaust happened. Her point is the alienation of people and turning them into a national enemy, conditioning people to hate them and discriminate against them. In her example, for political beliefs.
Ironically what she said was proven later by Disney and pretty much everyone stupid enough to not understand the danger behind such practices.
Even more ironic is the fact that modern leftists fall for something Hitler did 90 years ago. Repeat lies over and over - at some point people will believe them.

You missed that part out.
Also left out is the fact that while she was still under contract she was invited to attend a discussion involving members of Disney/LFL staff and others who were affected by what she was saying in order to clear the air, raise awareness etc. She told them to beat it. And therefore, they have no intention to have her return. Why would they?
If you want to keep your supposed dream job then you attend meetings and you listen to people. You don't have to like or agree with everyone you work with but keeping a job is not that difficult or detrimental to whatever beliefs you might have if you're motivated enough and have an ounce of tact and sense.
