I'm not sure I'm convinced, it looks like a corny kids movie but who knows maybe it'll actually be quite good

It didn't. I could tell straight away Chalamet lacks the aura of Wonka. I got to the point where I saw a CGI giraffe and thought nope, this isn't for me.

Not for me. Is it a kid's movie? Can't tell. But i'm all in on a Hugh Grant Oompa Loompa movie if they wanna spin that off.

He's doing all the same creepy high pitch whisper talking Depp did in his version. Nails on chalkboards.
