Didn't know Mike Tyson was a rapist
A vicious rapist, shouldn't even be let out of prison
shareThe man maintains his innocence to this day. I’m not saying he didn’t do it but I believe it is just as likely that the man was setup by Desiree Washington, or maybe one of those consented in the moment but had a change of heart the next day, similar to what happened to Aziz Ansari.
shareInnocence? Please....
It's hard to believe Mike Tyson, with his millions to spend on legal fees (and or payouts), wasn't guilty.
Looking back, if Desiree did set him up - well this doesn't make any sense. She disappeared soon thereafter. If she was only interested in a quick check, Tyson wouldn't have went to jail for 6 years. He could have pulled a Michael Jackson and bought his way out of it.
Seems like Desiree felt she was violated and sincerely wanted the law to take its course.
He likely got raped in prison. Seems fair.

When Desiree was going to Mike Tyson's hotel at 3 in the morning, it was to look at Tyson's etchings..
Yup, the guy is total psychopathic scum, the lowest of the low. We're now in an era where we have to pretend that black men are nigh incapable of doing wrong, though (thanks, BLM), and that every other conviction is simply a consequence of "white supremacy" (whites are convicted at a higher rate, per capita, than American Asians, but this shatters the narrative, so shhh). Tyson and his "legacy" have benefited massively from this deeply delusional shift in attitude across the west.
shareWhere have you been? It's well known that he was convicted of rape and spent time in prison. The victim was like 18 or something like that and a beauty pageant contestant.
Whether or not he's definitely guilty is hard to say but he went through a trial and the jury thought he was guilty. Either way, he served his debt to society, not much can be said about it now. I do find it a little suspicious that she went to his hotel room after midnight. Still no excuse for rape, if she said "no" he can no longer go any further with it.
But who knows what happened. I didn't watch the trial. Maybe someone that did can chime in and give us more details about it.
The TV and movies/shows he's in almost never mentioned it, wait they actually didn't ever mention it. Good! Now I hate the movie the hangover and other stupid shit he was involved in except the adult swim series which makes fun of the fact that he got hit too many times in the head and became stupid like Muhammad ali
Was the rape before or after the fact of getting hit too many times in the head? I like to think that I'm genetically distinct from a rapist and we should exterminate them regardless of the fact that he's black, worst thing possible is they go to prison, reform themselves, have children and breed more rapists. I'm not racist but for my scientific consensus involving the matter it has to involve even estranged breeds of humans from Africa to help compare and contrast the facts to reach conclusions
How old are you exactly?? Gen Z?? I ask this because this has been well known about Tyson for like EVER and you're now just enquiring about this after a dumb fight with a Social media influencer?? 🙄
shareWhy didn't you exterminate all rapists in your generation? Did static on the front of your TV screens make you retarded?
shareUmmm, Sam, there is no way to get rid of all rapists.
Men are susceptible to committing this act because of testosterone levels. The male sex drive can be extremely high. Although, you could make a pretty good argument that rape is solely a violent act used to control and manipulate the victim but for the most part, the male sex drive is what fuels this crime.
Race doesn't really have anything to do with it either. Every race has their fair share of rapists. I'd like to think that exterminating people for committing this type of crime would solve it but no... it won't.
Rape is on the rise in the female community. Grown women raping underage boys has risen 40% in the past decade. They just get a lighter sentence, and it is often swept under the rug because they are women.
Want proof, watch this

Ocean77,
That video is 33 minutes long. Can you just give us some details??
Female sex offenders is a different topic altogether. In fact, using the word "rape" might not even apply here. lol...
Jokes aside, more often than not, they do get a slap on the wrist because women are not seen as aggressors in most cases. It's a matter of viewing women as loving nurturers, whereas, if a man commits a similar act, their viewed as "predators". And probably like 95% of the time, when a woman does this, the sex was consensual. And you have to admit, it's highly unlikely that a woman could in fact "force" herself on someone, even if the kid is like 15 or 16, he's still three or four times stronger than a woman.
But no doubt, society seems to be a little more accepting of it. When a woman does it, and it's a high profile case, they seem to get plenty of sympathy from the media and get books and movies produced on their story.
It's mostly about female teachers and the epidemic of them raping little boys. We are talking 10, 11, 12-year-old boys. It's sick.
Nothing ever happens to them, but when it is the other way around, men are destroyed and sent away for 20+ years. I will say this again- it's sick.
No, I cannot admit that women are not the aggressors in cases with little pre-teen boys. Again, I will say it- it is sick and it happens WAY more than we hear about.
Predatory behavior with a minor is still predatory behavior regardless of if it is a female doing it. They should get the same sentence as men. They are not the fairer sex, they are the more manipulative sex.
Cases like this (where females sexually abuse LITTLE BOYS) are up 40% in the past decade. That is sick and disturbing. I cannot make a joke about this. I'm sad that you can, and I am even more sad that you, like the courts, and just like the media make excuses for female predatory behavior and condemn men more harshly when they do the same thing. What's wrong is wrong and it should not be judged any different based upon a person's sexual gender. When it is, it's called sexism.
Perhaps you just aren't aware of this epidemic because no one really talks about it and that's why you can make light of it. If so, I do apologize for being so harsh. But it's a real problem in modern society and it's being swept under the rug like it isn't a big deal.
I know there is a double standard. I don't condone it, but I can recognize societal differences and why it's like that. Women are not seen as "predators" and probably never will be. The only word I've seen used to describe women that sleep with young guys is "cougar" and that's hardly an insult.
As far as them not getting into trouble, I have to disagree there. It's still against the law to sleep with someone that's underage, regardless of what your gender is. Sure, sometimes they get lighter sentences and sympathy from media outlets and whatnot but they do get in trouble for it.
Overall, I do think it's very difficult to regulate sexuality, some people are just kinky or adventurous, pervy... whatever you want to call it. I mean, quite recently, western nations shifted away from condemning gays. It wasn't that long ago when we used to put people in jail for being gay.
Society is probably shifting somewhat when it comes to May/December relationships.
No we live in a causal deterministic universe and there are only 20 million base pairs in human DNA, traits like rapist or murderer could be wiped out
you toxic people making excuses is sickening, people don't go out of their way making excuses for etc etc, but rapist? Just switch to my opinion while still considered human beings and your relatives in heaven aren't scowling at you
Sam,
The nazi's thought the same thing. It was called 'eugenics'. They wanted to eliminate "undesirables". The thing is, courts, juries and judges can get verdicts wrong. Plenty of innocent people have been incarcerated and even placed on death row. I despise rapists too but I wouldn't advocate for the "extermination" of all of them for the simple reason that humans can be wrong. Plus, there are various profiles for criminals that commit this type of crime. Some are considered "high risk" to repeat that crime, some are considered "low risk", and some are neither high nor low etc... do we just kill all of them?
But yes, genetics has come a long ways since the 40's but I still say genetic engineering wouldn't solve the problem. It's a testosterone driven crime. But, I'm fair and impartial, if you can post a link that indicates science has proven that "rape" is DNA based, I'll take a look at it. I'm sure I'll be waiting a very long time for that link....
Here's the thing: even if it's not genetic, based purely on the psychology of a population of those soon to or susceptible to committing rape, the only way to spare the would-be victims from the crime is to catch the perpetrators ahead of time in the act of trying, with, say, a trap set by the government.
The proof then is in the pudding, and on recording.
Algebraically, the other way around doesn't make sense - before the fact or after the fact? It would be like letting them do it
Also, because what they're trying to do is indistinguishable in the act from attempted murder or kidnapping, lethal force could be used to defend the would-be victim. The worst case scenario would be that they choose to reform themselves in prison, get out, get married, and breed more rapists. We could keep our fingers crossed that by getting rid of them completely, we are sparing humanity of rape altogether into the distant future.
>>>catch the perpetrators ahead of time <<<
Sounds like that movie Minorty Report.
I'm not a fan of trying to predict crimes, it's a slippery slope.
I get it though, violently forcing someone to have sex is a despicable crime. They should be thrown in jail for a very long time for doing that. Especially when the victim is underage. But I just can't agree with entrapping people.
It'd be more like catching them in the act. If a naked woman appears to be tied up that they happen upon, do they try to help untie her or do they try to rape her? Even if they leave without saying anything, then do they continue doing nothing or do they at least call for help.
Because it has to be one or the other, it can be determined whether they are good people or rapists.
At a steady rate, we could basically get rid of them
He served his time.
Don’t like it? Change the laws.
This. We live in a society that can only see the flaws of others while their sole power lies over themselves. If only one day per year we could all as individuals see the flaws in ourselves and be as truthful as we are with others the world would improve immensely.
