I wanted to walk out of the theatre after that first scene. That girl Nadine was not necessary in terms of walking around like that completely butt naked. I mean they can show that they had sex without having us see her 10 foot nipple or every hair on her body. I just would like to see a movie with my husband that doesn't have a naked woman in it just for shock value, it lasted too long in my opinion. Am I the only one? I ended up loving the movie regardless, but will just fast forward it when I see it on dvd :)

Although she was hot i was thinking in the same terms. I had no problem at all watching her gorgeous body, but in the same time i was thinking that the scene wasn´t really necessary.

I agree with the OP. I started watching in on Netflix. Got a couple mins into it and turned it off. It certainly caters to the lowest forms of life among us.

OP is a perfect example of how the naked body has become such an abomination in the eyes of American society.
The human form is a beautiful thing, not saying we should all strip down and go about our business, but no reason to treat it as criminal when shown in such an innocent manner.
Besides, think about it realistically, you fall asleep naked, you wanted to sleep with the guy, are you suddenly going to scramble for clothes when you wake up?

Why are so many people have a problem with a naked body? It's just said. I guess they just want to see people get shot up. One of the reason why blood and killing gets a PG13 and sex and nudity gets a R. :-/

That nude scene was very unnecessary and really did nothing to the plot at all. Why did we get to see a nude woman but not Denzel nude? What's the reasoning behind that. I'll tell you why because most men are pigs and sexists and wouldn't want to see another male naked in a movie as they most likely would be intimidated.

I'm a man, she's super hot. I was happy to see her hot body. BUT I can't lie. That nude scene was completely unnecessary. ALL NUDE scenes are unnecessary to be honest. The director the story teller will try and BS and say that it was necessary to show her nude so that the audience can see why Whip would be tempted to put his career on the line by drinking, doing drugs and hooking up with his flight crew member. We don't need to see her naked to understand that, she's freaking hot and he's a drunk junkie and that was well established through out the movie.
