Don't get me wrong there were some decent performances by the actors. I liked the cast, I really did.

I thought Louis CK sucked though... The story was bland and I was fighting to stay awake watching this thing. It was the most boring piece of work I've seen in a long time. The last 30 mins or so I got into it more but the previous what felt like 3 hours was slow, and uninteresting. I don't want to give away many spoilers but the story isn't anything special. There were a few good scenes here and there but as a complete body of work I really didn't enjoy it or think that it should have been nominated for so many Oscars.

Critics know the Boondock Saints is rubbish.

"Most overrated movie of all time" Of ALL TIME? You are an idiot, not only because you know nothing about movies, but you probably have the attention range of a toddler. Fightinng to stay awake? Have some more Jolly Ranchers. Do you have any idea what a "complete body of work" means? Your post only shows how ignorant you are.

It reminded me so much Drive. Seems like all it takes is a loud soundtrack for critics to fall all over themselves shoveling praise towards a movie. At least Drive had some direction, this was just a boring film that went nowhere.

That would be a really big compliment for a movie, but I'm not sure to get the resemblance between the two (I just re-watched drive and a no point a thought of Hustle during it).

They both have good, loud (very present ?) soundtrack, but otherwise...

I disagree...if anything, the movie is under rated. I was mesmerized from start to finish - absolutely LOVED this film!!

The acting is erratic and inorganic feeling. A lot of the acting feels overdone and campy.

Story and plot are fine, but the execution of the scenes feels off, probably because of some of the casting decisions.

I don't know if it's the most overrated movie of all time but I agree it is overrated. I only watched it because my mom wanted to. I found it boring.
