So what's the worst pain you've ever experienced?

Frost bite. My hands were frost bitten while I was walking to drivers ed without mittens or a backpack to carry my books from school. My hands turned all gray and when the feeling returned to them it was one of the worst feelings I could imagine.
DON'T EVER FORGET YOU MITTENS! haha

A needle stuck into my penis during circumcision to deliver the anesthetic. Got two more needles but the anesthetic luckily kicked in by then. Residual pain and bleeding after the operation too.

I have a fairly traumatic story to tell, 3 years back.

I was chilling on the floor, scribbling in a notebook whilst chewing a pen. My older brother Erik jumps on me from the back, attempting a little scare. My face flies forward, pen hits the ground, my mouth follows suit. You can visualize the rest.
I didn't realize what had happened until I sit up back on my knees and see a yellow tip pointing out from the corners of my eyes.
My brother starts laughing, the ass that he is, probably out of semi-shock as the pen has literally penetrated through my chin and is hanging out. I can't describe the pain that came after the actual realization. The pool of blood thereafter didn't help either. OUCH!
