Still ugly looking and filled with CGI vomit
You can't polish a turd, folks.
shareDumb edgelords are celebrating this as a major fan victory, but after this fails, studios will say "Never listen to fanboys again."
shareActually you can do and name it Endgame...
sharehehehe you got them! Massive burn! hehehe
Because Endgame is a turd and nobody liked it! Nice one! hehehe
Endgames CGI scenario isn't even comparable to this film. Yes, Endgame was very CGI heavy but it wasn't nonstop, flashy, and all over the place. It definitely was towards the final act but this whole Snyder Cut just look so unnecessarily CGI heavy throughout most of its runtime. Endgame at least had a few practical sets and were shot at real locations for some of its major sequences.
shareNot nonstop CGI, you are right. In between there were some boring attempts of acting...
shareBut the film itself was actually great and had great characters, story, and structure. I'm not saying Endgame is flawless. Yes, I do have a few issues with it but overall was a fantastic culmination of what the Marvel franchise has built up to.
I have to admit that I don't care that much for the "great" MCU characters. The only one I am familiar with is Spiderman. And what a dependent idiot did they make out of him with all that trashy "Stark technology"? Flaw is a really tame word to describe it.
shareGreat characters are what makes a film great. If your characters aren't likeable & underdeveloped, it'll have a huge impact on the quality of the film. It doesn't have to do with characters from the comics that you are familiar with or not. You have to look at it as a film & how these characters are developed & not base it on characters that you are a fan of or not. Iron man is a very popular hero from the comics and if they did a poor job with him in these films, it couldve had a major negative impact on the franchise no matter how popular the character is himself. However I do agree with your perspective on the whole Stark tech for Spiderman. I didn't dig it either but aside all that, they handled the character very well.
shareIt's all been like that. MOS's action scenes were 10% Henry Cavill on set and 90% CGI destruction porn.
I honestly don't know why this film was necessary. This is only gonna be appeal to toxic DC/Snyder fanbases who want nothing but flashy vfx all over the place.
shareIndeed, a seriously deluded fanbase , going on twitter seeing those edgelords posts should come with a health warning, brainless mob that have too much time on there hands.
shareTell me about it. All of these fans are acting as if this film is the next coming of Christ. It's just getting all of this unnecessary hype just because oh it's "the Snyder Cut." Like why is everyone acting as if this guy is top teir as Scorsese or something.
shareI don't understand why the effects in these movies are soooo bad.
shareDon't think i've seen a znyder movie with bad vfx, yet.
It would be a first ... but i doubt it
The title of the thread sums it up well.
shareIf you think CGI is vomit then you are the turd, dude.
