It looks like shes wearing a mask, everytime I see her I think im watching Planet of the Apes.

I just started watching this show a few days ago and haven't quite finished S1 yet, so I haven't seen the version of Starlight you're talking about. But the first time I saw her, for a second I thought she was played by Kate Mara... who I've always thought looks like she's always wearing Tim Burton Apes makeup.
