The queen mother is bisexual, the son is gay
The Seasmoke dragon rider is black
White males are evil or mad
Cripples are the only male victims
Seasmoke is pansexual
Just waiting for the non toxic ennuques to make an appearance now

But at least it doesn't hurt the story. I am enjoying the developments so far and for once the "Woke characters" have a plausible psychology. It is a bit on the nose and the constant white male bashing is problematic on some level, but unlike in the latter part of GoT, so far the characters don't suddenly change their entire persona to fit an agenda, their personality is more congenial to the material, and nothing unnatural happens with their personna. As far as Woke shows go, this one is not unbrearable.

Who is it you think are truly good characters in this, exactly? Everyone is varying degrees of grey. Corlys is not a shining beacon of morality. Laenor was a bit of a screw-up.

Are you suggesting that it's woke to depict cripples as being, in any capacity, tolerated? And by a "cripple" you mean a highborn, Larys. Does that mean you think Game of Thrones is woke due to Tyrion (not crippled, but would be perceived as such) - or Brandon Stark?

Anti-Ableism is part of Woke culture. White man are tolerated if they are:
a) Gay
b) From an ethnic minority
c) Cripples or eunuchs (Varys, the Imp, Bran, Odor, Theon in GoT, and Larys, Aegon in HoD)

This is exactly how it was in GoT and we find the same tenets in HoD.

This is because cripples or eunuchs are not seen as dangerous predators. This is also why Littlefinger and John Snow got a personality downgrade in the last couple of seasons, where they suddenly became weak and dumb cowards). It is the opposite for women, strong women (Brienne, Daenarys, Cercei, Sansa, Rhaenyra, etc.) are highly valued and promoted. For Woke culture, the ideal system is a matriarchy assisted by eunuchs and cripples. White men are either weak, mad or toxic.

Haha, that Skavau dude is a joke. His mind spends 90% of his time discussing 1% exception in every observation and thinks it discredits your point. And when you prove him wrong again with another point, he will do the same, until in the end you are in a tree of completely irrelevant points and he finds a 0.00000001% fact that he can latch on to and then thinks he has triumphed. 😂
I have him in ignore, so I wouldn't see his posts.

And yes, he uses various slimy rhetorical tricks to create the illusion of victory - the stuff you mentioned, plus bombarding you with Hatchling questions and Straw questions, and trying to bait you into saying controversial things so he can run squealing to the mods to have your message or entire account banned.

He never puts forward his argument (because his Leftoid woke ideology is sick and cringe and he knows it) instead he just tries to chip away at the arguments of his intellectual superiors, hoping he can make a dent.

Unfortunately for him, he’s much dumber than the people he’s trying to manipulate so he falls flat on his face every time.

And I have tried to bait specific people into going mask-off and telling us what they really think.

I'm just laughing as the "kiss" is apparently what drove people over the edge and caused review bombing for the latest episode. There has been so much previous homosexual activity and incest in GOT and this show.

I am not bothered by it because it was hinted that she had feelings for Alicent in her youth, so it is not a sudden addition to the show. I only care about Woke interventionism when it changes character psychology mid-show, or when the characters are copy paste "empowered woman". In this instance, the queen is not a Woke copy paste, her personality is layered, she has both feminine and masculine traits, she has doubts and dreams. She is no Mary Sue. It is only obnoxious when they have zero struggles and act as first-hit gold strikers all the time.
