“The Flash” also stumbled at the international box office with $75 million from 78 markets, bringing its global tally to $139 million. Unless its box office fortunes rebound, “The Flash” looks to fall more closely in line with Dwayne Johnson’s $200 million-budgeted “Black Adam,” which opened last year to $67 million and failed to reach $400 million globally, ultimately losing money in its theatrical run.

Note that the 3-day is 55 and 4-day is 64 million. WW is actually $130m.
Hard to predict final gross from a long OW.

It flopped so hard. Month ago people expected it to open to 100 millions. And then it opened at 55.

And main reason is not even Ezra Miller. Whats the point of watching if this is dead franchise? Aquaman 2 will flop as well.

They shouldn’t have announce plans to drop all actors and close this chapter until Flash and Aquaman 2 would come out.

Agreed!

However I may feel about Ezra Miller, this film *isn't* flopping because of them. It's because audiences know this is a dead-end franchise.

Only comic book nerds care about Flash. He's too "out there" as a high concept hero. No Flash movie is ever gonna be a big draw.

Wrong! Predicted $150m+ but was $130m WW. Will still gross around $400m.

It has a budget of 220 millions and probably another 200 millions spend on promotion. And grossed 55 millions on opening week end. Thats flop.

Movies with such enormous budget must earn at least 300 millions at domestic box-office. Or 700-900 millions worldwide.

$400m worldwide is not enough for such budget. Since from those overseas grosses studio gets only half money and only 1/3 from China.

As of first weekend Flash got 55 at domestic and 75 overseas. Which makes it back to studio only around 90 millions. With studio spending around 400 on getting movie to theaters. Its flop.
