What are the most disturbing films you've seen?

The two most disturbing films I've ever seen are Melancholie der Angel and Squirmfest. The later is particularly disturbing because it is 100% real. I thought both films made the August Underground movies look like a G-rated Disney movie. Here are reviews to give you an idea of how truly vile these movies are:

My favorite disturbing movie is Pier Paolo Passolini's Salo. Although utterly disturbing, I thought it was a really powerful statement about the dangers of allowing those in power to dictate our lives.

Here's a list of some other movies that I found disturbing in one way or another:
Porcile
Dogtooth
Eraserhead
The Night Porter
Michael Hanake films - Funny Games, Cache, Benny's Video, etc.
Cannibal Holocaust and Cannibal Ferox (Holocaust is much more disturbing)
Irreversible
I Stand Alone
I Saw The Devil
Possession
Antichrist
The Idiots
The Bridge
Jesus Camp
Hell House
In the Realm of the Senses
Trouble Everyday
Lilja 4-Ever
Dumplings (both the short film that is part of Three...Extremes and the feature length version)
John Waters movies like Pink Flamingos, Desperate Living, Multiple Maniacs, etc.
Freaks
Tetsuo: Iron Man
Gummo
Kids
Deliverance
Eraserhead
Requiem for a Dream
the Crispin Glover films What Is It? and It Is Fine, Everything Is Fine (Crispin Glover will not release these films on DVD so you can only see them if you local art house theater shows them and will pay to fly him in since he will only let a theater show them if he can be there in person)
rape revenge movies like Virgin Spring, Last House on the Left, Straw Dogs, I Spit On Your Grave, Thriller: A Cruel Picture, etc.
A Serbian Film
Men Behind The Sun
Slaughtered Vomit Dolls
Submit To Me Now (along with most other Richard Kern short films)
War Is Menstrual Envy (along with most other Nick Zedd short films)
Aftermath
Haute Tension
Martyrs
Inside
In My Skin
Calvaire
Man Bites Dog
Begotten
any of the August Underground films
Nekromantik
Flower of Flesh and Blood aka Slow Death: The Dismemberment or any of the films in the Guinea Pig series)
Henry, Portrait of a Serial Killer
The Human Centipede (a lot of people thought this was disturbing, I found it lame and kind of laughable though)
Doom Generation
pretty much most films from Takashi Miike (Visitor Q, Audition, Gozu, Ichi the Killer, etc.)
early Peter Jackson - Meet The Feebles, Dead Alive, Bad Taste
