There's a difference between lowering standards and equal rights.
No like lowering the score requirements for police tests because certain people cannot attain a passing grade.
There are liberal schools who want to lower education. Especially English and math the most racist of subjects.
Or how colleges have to pass on more qualified applicants In order to offer more diversity.
Affirmative action says you need to put people of color in the work place no matter if there are more qualified candidates.
We have politicians, police chiefs, teachers who are there not because of their intelligence or skill. But only to meet a diversity requirement.
And this results in lack luster business
Here in Sweden, some police recruits thinks their service pistol is to heavy and the trigger is to hard. No, Swedish cops doesn't use Desert Eagles. They use the 9mm SigSauer P226. It weighs about a kilo with a full mag. The pull? About 4,4 kilos in DA, about half that in SA.
I'm not American so I haven't fired that many guns but I know that a Baretta 92 has pull of about 5 kilos and while needing force, it's not hard to fire it. A Glock has about 2,5 kilos.
Sure, they could make the switch to Glocks, but guns are expensive and there we're no complaints about the guns before we had 160 cm, 57 kg Instagram chicks in the force.
