I couldn't wait to watch this film when I had the chance, decent rating, friends said it was good but when I watched it with parents; had to give up after an hour.

I just didn't see what was so funny. I like my comedies, actually love them but I just couldn't see what was so good about this.

Btw this is an opinion, if you start stating what kind of person I am then you are better of not posting anything.

Can someone explain to me how Anchorman is good?

How it got such a high rating is beyond me.....

I have to agree with you. Even though I'm not a fan I've greatly enjoyed some of his movies but this one was bad; I laughed like 5 or 6 times in total.

I agree...I found so little that was humorous and turned it off when the guy threw the poor little dog over the bridge..that was supposed to be funny???? I could not even believe they allowed that in a movie.

I got to 43 mins before I turned it off. Will Ferrell just isn't funny - nor are his films. I totally don't understand how he made it.

I am so glad there are others like me... 50 minutes into it after 5 days of watching a little bit each time. I will finish it but man... What a piece of crap! It makes me feel like the joke's on me. The movie feels like they all sat in a room and started picking things to throw at it.
