One of the best action movies from the late 90’s.

When it comes to 90’s action movies, Air Force One is one of the best. I actually bought the vhs from Salvation Army the other day.

This movie is good and I love Harrison Ford, but it's no more than a 7/10 to me... I have some issues with the third act and the twists.

It's soundtrack exemplifies American Exceptionalism at its best. Hopefully America can be great again.

It’s superbly directed by Wolfgang Petersen, great camera moves and set-up of the plane’s geography, and the tension in the film is relentless yet varied.

It takes a more serious tone than, say, Die Hard or the very goofy Con Air, and there’s some unfortunate CGI (especially at the end) but for straight up thrills it’s a 90’s action classic.
