I think that the funiest scene was when Harry and Tom Arnold had Simon on top of Hover Dam (or whatever that was)and Simon was so scared that he pissed his pants!! LOL! That was so funny!

I'm not sure why that is so amusing to me...but it is!
i can't believe no one mentioned the part inthe elevator, the guy goes "thats a errr, fine looking animal" and the horses tail brushes the womens face lmao, cracks me up, so many hilarious scenes in this movie, arnie can be very amusin, i also like the past where he goes "Haha Those Idiots" and it cuts to arnie speeding in the car, classic! anything with tom arnold was classic, and them mocking the tango and arnie goes *beep* lol, oh and the "Oh yea shes got his head in his lap, oh yea.....Yahoo" harry looks annoyed and tom arnold goes "maybe shes sleepy" rofl

at the end after the bomb has gone off and they are in the building.
a terrorist are looking at the horizon with binoculars and arnold appears from nowhere in his plane.
the smile on arnolds face and the look on the terrorist are priceless, then arnold blasts the entire floor into pieces. priceless, as everything in this movie =)

i just love that bit where Helen is dancing in front of Harry - and she's getting really into it, but then loses her balance and smacks down on the ground, and gets up a second later as though nothing has happened!
That bit cracks me up so much...
I love the line when tom arnold is like "you know what I do every time my life turns to dog S***?" it just cracks me up so much. And then he's like "we're gonna kill some terrisorists and you're gonna feel a hell of a lot better..watch your head"

Who can forget the part right after they take Helen and Simon captive? Helen starts running, Harry grabs her, she bites him, he lets her go, another commando clubs her with his rifle to keep her from running, Harry turns around and punches the man out. Hilarious.
