I just finished watching the ninth movie and here's my ranking:

1 )Hellraiser 6.5\10
2 )Inferno (V) 6\10
3 )Hellseeker (VI) 6\10 (it's in no way a better movie than Hellbound but it's a more entertaining one. Loved the plot, loved Kristy in it)
4 )Hellbound (II) 5.5\10 (I'm probably going to get *beep* for this, but thought that the plot was a mess and not as entertaining as the two above)
5 )Bloodline (IV)
6 )Deader (VII) 5\10
7 )Hellworld (VIII) 5\10
8 )Hell on Earth (III) 4.5\10
9 )Revelations (IX) 3.5\10

I've only seen 1,2 and Inferno (and I happened to watch Inferno after randomly seeing a good clip of it on youtube, lol.) Nevertheless, first one is the best, then Inferno, followed by Hellraiser 2.

Here's the order I rank them from most favorite to least:

Hellraiser
Revalations
Bloodline
Hellbound
Deader
Inferno
Hellworld
Hell on Earth
Hellseeker

Hellraiser - 9/10
Hellraiser II - 9/10
Hellraiser III - 5/10
Hellraiser IV - 7/10
Hellraiser Inferno - 5/10
Hellraiser Revelations - 2/10

The first and second movie are among some of the best horror films ever made, but the third devolves into trite horror movie tropes and becomes more of traditional genre flick. The fourth film is a sort of, kind of return to form by fleshing out more of the story and lore of Hellraiser and introduces new elements to the forefront to keep things at least slightly interesting. Inferno doesn't really do anything with the world of Hellraiser except give you an idea of what a person's experience might be like. It's not the worst way to spend an afternoon and it's perhaps slightly better than three, but at the end of the day both movies are not really all that good. Revelations is boring, terribly acted, and was designed as a throwaway film (even by admission of it's creators) so you know what you're getting into if you watch it.

I haven't seen the others.
