Nothing wrong with the act itself, except there is hyprocrisy for her. Her left-wing state has pushed strict vaccine / mask requirements for businesses - she couldn’t dine in this way in NYC. Plus, she previously criticized Cruz for going on recreational trips while Texas was going through hard times.

She’s on vacation while her state is experiencing difficulties. She previously criticized other politicians who went to vacation when their states where going through difficulties (ie Ted Cruz’s Cancun trip). Hence, the issue is her hypocrisy, not her going on vacation
There’s also irony in the fact that she chose to go maskless in Florida, a state with relatively few Covid-related restrictions and mandates.
She's outside, the one place you can be without a mask as the CDC says, so it's a non-issue unless you're trying to stir up trouble.
As for the supposed "emergency", every state is dealing with a COVID outbreak. If their was a natural disaster and she left to go on vacation it'd be an app comparison.

shareI hate AOC, but she is doing the right thing in the pic. EVERYONE knows that as soon as your ass hits the chair, COVID germs are no longer a threat and you can safely remove your mask. It's been that way all through the pandemic. While you are walking to your table or to the restroom, the germs are dangerous and you have to mask up, but as soon as your hams hit the wood, you are totally safe and can unmask. The germs just cannot affect you if you have your butt in a chair! Follow the science!
