I saw three photos where his hands were appropriately placed and did not seem to be sexually out of line. Maybe something happened and I could be wrong but only a fanatical woman would instantly believe hearsay from strangers.

And everyone, Busey has been known as an off-kilter nutcase for a long time, he suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) in a nasty motorcycle accident in 1988, and ever since then he's been known for inappropriate behavior. TBIs can cause long-term problems with impulse control, and well, this incident sure sounds like there was a lack of impulse control involved.
