Ladies you dont look good in short short hair

What's your favourite Christmas movie?

I prefer long hair on women and very short hair on men. I do appreciate women who wear their long hair up though. Beehives are cool.

I kind of agree. I think some women can looks good in spite of the short hair, but they never looks better than they do with long hair. In my opinion.

it's all about the mating:

long hair to attract
then short after you married a guy and don't have to bother working to attact anymore

It may be coincidence but I felt Kaley Cuoco stopped being funny when she got that 1978 Florence Henderson haircut on Big Bang Theory. I never went back to the show after that point. I’ve heard Chuck Lorre was pretty upset with Cuoco when she did it because on his prior show, Dharma & Greg, the ratings plummeted when the gal who played Dharma cut off all her hair.

Yeah, most women look awful with short hair, particularly if it's cut in a boyish style. They end up looking like they're missing a body part. Some look like Dykes or men with boobs. Most women look better with long hair, or at least hair that is shoulder-length.

There are a few exceptions I tolerate when it comes to short hair on women.

1.) The girl or woman is a cute, pixie-like lady who already has a pretty face, and the 'do works for her. Jenna Leigh Green is an example.
2.) The woman was going through chemo, has finished her treatment, is growing her hair out, and hasn't had a chance to get it to the length she wants yet.
3.) The woman is an actress who had to cut her hair for a role and is now growing it back.
4.) The woman is a hardcore athlete or a soldier.

I agree with the OP.

One cannot think of a single woman that looks better with the short short short hair. I'm talking the little boy cut. Very short....

Shortish looks ok on a few - but even them, they look better with some hair. It doesn't have to be 80s style big hair, it can be kind of short, and it's ok.

It's the little boy cut (I've seen it on MIchelle Williams, Anne Hathaway, Miley Cyrus, Scarlett Johannson as examples)......

It doesn't work. On anyone I know of. In fact, if anyone out there can name someone (a celeb would be nice) that looks better with the little boy cut - please, fill me in.

PS - another one is the singer PInk. She's had that military style cut forever. I looked and found a shot of her with some hair - much better......
