A gigantic deer ran out onto the country road that I travel every morning on my way to the parkway.
5:15 AM and I killed a Whitetail, sheesh, it’s not even hunting season!
Busted grill, shattered radiator, broken headlight…my diver’s side door won’t even open, the engine hood is busted and she’s leaking fluids. This little Chevy might be totalled!

sharePut a prybar between your door and the fender and bend it some. You might be able to open your door then. If insurance won't cover it you can probably fix it yourself some. It won't look pretty but it will be functional.

shareI've had one jump on top of my car. There is really nothing you can do, they come out of nowhere and by the time you see them, it's too late. I drove by and smiled the next day when I saw it laying by the side of the road dead. It totally wrecked my car but it was still driveable.

The country roads up here are sketchy, there’s always a raccoon or a deer on the road and some natural water springs from the hills which get slick…you need to check your speed but sometimes bad stuff happens no matter how cautious you are.
