A gigantic deer ran out onto the country road that I travel every morning on my way to the parkway.
5:15 AM and I killed a Whitetail, sheesh, it’s not even hunting season!
Busted grill, shattered radiator, broken headlight…my diver’s side door won’t even open, the engine hood is busted and she’s leaking fluids. This little Chevy might be totalled!
I'm glad you're safe. Please tell me you got the deer. I wouldn't want it to suffer and you could use a little venison. We all could.

Whitetails are beautiful animals and even majestic but I will be tracking and hunting them very soon. They have eaten many of my garden plants in the backyard and now my vehicle is busted up.
They will hear what my Mossberg 500 sounds like.
Glad you're OK...all I can say is, "There but for the Grace of God go I." We have a lot of deer running loose around here and this time of year is notoriously bad for deer to go running in the roads (hunger... looking for food).

Sorry to hear that. I live in a place with a lot of deer, and I finally hit one about six years ago.
I was actually driving a rental because my car had been totaled a few days earlier, the first car accident of my life. Two major accidents in about a week after a lifetime without one.
