It’s a casual observation, I did respond to a thread saying that the new Planet of The Apes movie should be released in black history month, but there’s nastier stuff that’s easy to find. Like that guy calling for the obliteration of Jews, stuff like that.

I think this is an all inclusive site, open to everyone. Jews, gays, blacks, stoners, gun nut white boys, I think we even had an Asian guy for a while... we all get along mostly...mostly.
Exactly. Anytime someone says something homophobic or racist, there's almost always a parody thread. I've started parody threads so many times.

It's a good system, not always perfect but it generally works out fine.
I agree General Discussion seems a more welcoming section of the forum, but I just looked at the Greta Thunberg profile and there’s a thread near the top calling her a c**t (uncensored) in the title. Makes me hope teenage girls and impressionable boys aren’t exposed to it, which seems a shame for a public forum.

There are a lot of ugly posts here. Especially on the pages of actresses, but certainly not limited to them.
Sometimes it's worth saying something just so anyone new here or anyone else really, knows that not all of us think that way and don't put up with it. It can be exhausting though. Not to mention disheartening.

Based on that post, yes. I believe it too, some people go totally bananas over political stuff. It's certainly an ugly term to use in general, especially towards a young woman who appears to have some kind of autism to deal with.

Sitejabber seems to be full of pearl clutching dorks. We tend to self regulate here on MC, most of our people are fairly reasonable and the MODS hardly have any reason to take action. The worst that happens here is when two posters really hate each other for whatever reason and things get a bit nasty but threads rarely spiral into racism, sexism, homophobia or whatever have you...AND those that post in such a way are called out for it and generally evaporate very quickly.
