Which American City would you recommend visiting

Los Angeles. There is never a dull moment here!

I do like visiting Los Angeles, there's something for everyone there. Beaches, mountains, great museums, fab shopping, celebrity chasing, movie studios, clubs, amusement parks, etc.

Two precautions, though: You do have to be willing to both drive and deal with heavy traffic, and this isn't a good time of year. Sept/Oct is "Fire Season", when the Santa Ana winds blow, and wildfires may happen.

Deli, California which is in very close proximity to the larger incorporated 'City' of Livingston.

I'd say the best bits of USA arnt in the cities

Depends what kind of vacation. I really liked New Orleans, but that might not be your circus.
